We are very accommodating with our students, some say to a fault. This customer is not relating the facts of what took place between us, which is common when your goal is to try and make a company look bad, which he said was his goal. After calling the office to complain that he did not meet with any success, he then told us he never followed the rules. Imagine that, trying to get somewhere and ignoring your GPS. Investing successfully requires that you follow the rules, something we repeat dozens of times with new and existing students. He was offered additional live coaching sessions to get him on track and focus on the correct way of doing things, not his "wild-west" style. We called him to discuss a refund and he refused to return the call, instead posted a series of comments in our members area. Once the comments turned to threats the refund was no longer something we were willing to offer. We will never communicate with someone that threatens us or anyone in the community, period. Our 60 day money back policy requires the student to not trade real money until they understand and follow the rules, something he chose not to do. We cannot help those that are unwilling to help themselves. Sincerely, WBI, Inc. P.S. Included in this rebuttal are a small portion of the messages he put in the community and other sites.

I am rejecting this response because:

Wealth Builders never called to discuss a refund, they ignored my email requests for a refund. I took action to let them know this is not ok!

If they had replied to my emails requesting a refund, we would not be having this conversation.

    Sincerely,

Rejecting my response is simply your opinion. WBI, Inc.s response is based on facts, for example when you said we never called you - here is the time stamp from our phone service provider with the date, time and your phone number clearly showing that we did call, as I said previously, to discuss a refund. Again, once your harassing messages turned into threats, we decided to cease all communication with you.

I am rejecting this response because: At no point did WBI mention a refund in any form, email or phone call. If u had you would have heard back from me. Would have been easy to leave me a message or an email with. This is not opinion but a fact.
    Sincerely,
