    January 1, 2020, I purchased a LIFETIME ONE-TIME ROKU Membership for $179.99, with purchased recorded on my charge card statement. It's September 17, 2022, and I have received notification from ROKU.COM that my membership has "EXPIRED". A LIFETIME Membership cannot expire; it is LIFETIME!!! Tried calling 9/17/2022: Roku Billing Text Support:- at number on email, but the number is NO LONGER IN OPERATION! ROKU.COM is seeking the following according to email 9/13/2022: "Dear Roku customer , We are here writing to inform you that your ROKU account subscription will expire TODAY and the Current status of your account is ON GUEST MODE you can renew with any one below offer .Either reply here with the option or text us on the given number. OPTION AVAILABLE FOR TODAY ONLY 1. Basic:- 1 year with $99.99. 2, Standard:- 5 years with $ 129.99 3. VIP Standard:- 7 years with $ 149.99 4. VIP BOGO:- 10 years with $169.99 5. VIP GOLDEN:- 20 years with $189.99 6. ONE TIME CHARGE:- $229.99 IN ADDITION:- IF YOU SELECT AND GO WITH OPTION 6 then from 4th APRIL 2023, you will start getting all paid subscriptions like Netflix, Hulu, Sling, HBO Now, ESPN, Disney +, Discovery +, and Paramount.
