    This company is a rip off. They have a person running everything. Her name is Heather. She sounds sweet as pie when she wants to sell something to you but once you don’t want it anymore, she lies through her teeth telling you don’t worry you’re not going to have to pay for the $250 shipping at handling fee for the chair saying that it was defective. Don’t worry you’re all good but then when she issues the refund back guess what you get hit the $250 for the shipping and handling a fee and then she comes up with the bull **** that oh no, they said that the chair wasn’t defective bull **** that’s just their way of trying to get out of not giving you your $250 back again for the love of God stay away from this company if you don’t want to be scammed because it’s all about money, money money with this company not helping the customer get the fit of the chair or not being satisfied and getting the money back
