    Placed an order on May 9 for a tshirt. It is now May 29 and the order has not shipped. I contacted the company asking when the item will ship four days ago. No response. I've now emailed them telling them to just cancel my order and refund my money. Not expecting a response for that either. So here I am. I just want my money back. I thought this was a legit company, but apparently not.

    I received the item that was the basis of this complaint today, June 9, 2025 (one month to the day of my order). I received exactly what I had ordered (although I never received any responses to my emails to the customer service team). This complaint can be closed.

    Resid3ncy fails miserably to respond to any customer service inquiries. I have emailed them 5 times over the past week about canceling an order with 0 response to any of my requests.

    I purchased some hats. 1 was delivered and the other is still outstanding and no update has been given. Purchased on 3/31/25 and another was made on 4/1/25. One was delivered and another says shipped and was in pending for 2 weeks with no movement. It then said out for delivery and eventually never delivered but shows delivered on the site. I was home all day (I work from home) and there was no box (hats are usually shipped in a square box). I also live in a safe neighborhood and never had a package stolen since Ive lived at my house (over 14 years). Ive emailed them, filled out their contact form, reached out via ******** messenger, and Instagram messenger. No updates. No responses to my email, form submitted, no phone number to call. Ive even left a comment with a message on their ************** which they deleted, which proves that they see my message but chose to delete it rather than respond to me.

    placed 2 hats for in 1 order. only 1 was in the package. it's been 2 weeks of no reply inquiring about the missing item.

    On 10/5/24, I completed an online purchase for 2 hats for $63.88 On 10/8/24, I received an email from the company, advising me that my order was shipped as of 10/7/24. A few days went on and I did not see any progress to my shipping status from 'pre-shipping'. I've then sent follow *** to the company. Received auto-responses on a couple emails advising that a response would be made within ***** hours. Never received a non-automated response.     I ordered a SF Beanie as a Christmas present but was sent a SF ball hat. When the recipient opened the present is when it was discovered to be incorrect. Starting Dec 26th Ive been emailing the company (the only option for contacting them) and I have got zero response. Ive emailed 7 times, included the order number with a pic of the beanie, from their email confirming my order, and showing it matched my order number. Seven emails and no response whatsoever. With the exception of their Automated reply stating that they will contact me in 24-48hrs. This has been since Dec 26, 2023. It is now Jan 18, ****. This has been more than a reasonable amount of time to get a response. And even an exchange for that matter. All I want is a response and for this business to replace this hat with my correct order. Since they sent me the wrong hat and it is 100% their fault, I should not have to wait this long for a reply, and/ or pay for shipping to send it back. My order receipt and order number match the hat I chose but did not receive. All I want is a response and for this business to replace this hat with my correct order.     The company website states "We also have a seamless exchange policy. Were happy to accept exchanges for new, unused, unworn product!" However, that is not the case! I've tried live chat, email and social media to get a hold of you regarding an exchange and no reply. I then opened a return request on your website last week and still no response! What a scam! The address that they use for returns is the same address as the ********************** in *********! ************************************************************* *****************************

    On 11/26 I purchased a hat order number ***** for $40. I have sent email to their address on site and used their contact page and message via ********* all with no response. I received a tracking number on day of purchase but nothing was shipped ever.

    I placed an order with this company on September 4th, under Order number *****. However, the status has remained in 'pre-shipment' since September 6th ***** tracking **********************). I've made three attempts to contact them through their email address, ******************************** as they do not provide a contact number. I have requested a refund to my credit card if the product is no longer available, but I have yet to receive any response. Regrettably, I am left with no choice but to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company in an effort to recover the funds that this company seems to have taken from me.

    I have placed several orders with this company. No prior issues. However, my last 2 transactions have been painful. One order of 5 hats was missing 2 hats. Emailed 2 times, tried chat and website contact, no response. However since they use Route for shipping I was able to make a claim and get a refund. But I got my Route reimbursement and no one from Resid3ncy has responded.A prior order was returned and package was delivered a week ago. No refund and no response to contact requests.
