    The salesman, Dallas, tried to overcharge me and then didn't measure for the fence properly. Caleb, assistant mgr., had terrible customer service and could have not cared less about customer satisfaction. I felt that at the very least a discount would have been in order. Caleb indicated he didn't care if I posted negative reviews. The installers were very good and no complaints with them. However, because Dallas measured incorrectly, they had to come back out TWICE to try and correct the problem. I will never use this company again.

    She was charged appropriately for what she received. During the installation, the installers noticed that there had been a mismeasure by the salesman. It was short approx. 3.5-4 feet. It's unfortunate but it does happen. The shop was informed right away. A new panel was built, power coated, and taken out for install later that day. She spoke to Caleb, customer service manager, and wanted a discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are not able to discount, as it was all corrected immediately. She was offered a showroom gift card for $50, which she declined.
