    I met Karen in 2013, I am so happy I did! Because in 2014 I became a mama again with a little girl. When my daughter was 2, I was having a difficult time with her behavior, I of course turned to Karen for her coaching to help me with my parenting. Her 1 Rule helped me work through several things from the time she was 2 through 6 yrs old. I have even applied the 1 rule in my marriage and in family meetings. Whenever anyone talks about the issues they are having with their kiddo I tell them about Karen! Love her, sh is loving, peaceful, patient and skilled in what she teaches.

    Greetings: Specifically, Karen **** has developed a concept entitled: The 1 Rule. I discovered Ms. ****** books and attended several of her workshops, Podcasts, and Zoom meetings over the years. Consequently, I have incorporated many values which I have obtained from her programs and utilize her teachings within my own family & working environment; and it works!
    There are no secrets. Basically, Ms. **** is able to share the tools necessary in order to build a Happy and Harmonious Family. It's easy to incorporate. Once you get your family or business cohorts on board, you will find that everyone involved is able to live in a happy, harmonious, safe, and loving and caring environment. After the folks that you interact with catch on to this simplistic mindset, they will feel a need to keep it going. Everyone will agree that there is no other way of interacting with people. You can't go back to a life full of turmoil or chaos once you incorporate The 1 Rule into your world.
