I went to cancel an item that was purchased due to an accidental click. They were unwilling to cancel, claiming the item had already shipped. The item did not ship until 4 days later and this could have been easily cancelled. They are impossible to deal with and seem content with forcing things on people who do not want them. They are obviously desperate for money at all costs.

This compliant is for a different business. The customer filed a complaint against **********************, which is a tutoring company for kids pre-k through 12th grade based in *********, **. In this  complaint it's about a product he purchased online which wasn't shipped. This is definitely not us as we don't sell nor ship products online, we just sell tutoring services in-person at our location in *********, ***  I have spoken with the customer and they confirmed it's not related to us which text communication is screen shotted and attached.

We paid 150$ as a deposit for Sapience services (which now they say are non refundable). This is an after school program and we got charged twice 78$x2= 156$ for days the school was closed and after I email a request to stop automatic payments and services. Whenever I try to get a resolution from them I get a phone call but nothing in writing about the credit we have with them. They do not want to issue a refund and their solution is to send my child to use their services at their location. I do not want to use their services anymore and I feel like I am being forced to use a service we do not want just to get our money back. We should be able to get our money back since we didnt receive their services on those dates. Plus I am not counting 1 week my son was sick. That is 78$ more on top of the almost 300$ they own us.

The customer in this situation requested a cancellation because they felt they were charged incorrectly (for days their child was to attend an after-school program, when the school was closed) Our policy is that if schools are closed parents can attend our physical learning center and receive the same services. The parent was not content with this solution so we offered that we can provide the credit towards the end of her subscription. (so she doesn't play the last few weeks of service.) She than requested to cancel and for her deposit to be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable which is says in the form she submitted to sign up for the service. This is none-refundable as we reserve a spot for the child for the school year. She filled out a form that explains our deposit policy via  our website.
