    i
    ordered 3 Novawave antennas for myself and 2kids with 1 amplifier. i hooked mine up but didn't like the reception so I'm just trying to get my money back.

    My credit card was charged for a Novawave antenna that I did not authorize or order. I filed a complaint with my credit card company and was issued a residual credit. I also found a contact with the company Tanscata so I called the number. The rep asked my name and address, which I gave thinking he would reverse the order but no all he said was yes maam you will be receiving the order and hung up the phone. A couple of days later I received the antenna and brought it to the post office as refused! I never got a credit in 3 weeks from Tanscata so I called discover only to find out they issued a credit minus the $9.95 shipping! I emailed them myself all while discover is also fighting the claim to let them know I was not the one who placed the order and they basically told me too bad but that is their policy!!! They acted like their small owned company would never intentionally scam me but I beg to differ!!! Beware if you get a fradulent charge from Novawave! DO NOT call Tanscata!

    This company does not deserve one star, period. I requested it not be sent to me after waiting one month and the lady said it was sent out. I had to leave town the following week and had a neighbor picking up my mail. Upon returning a few weeks later I called again to return the Nova Wave stating it had not been opened. The same lady stated, because it was (7 days) past 30 days they could not refund it.
    I believe this is most definitely a scam. Especially with all the bad reviews.

    I should have never ordered anything from this scamming company. You call them and nothing but a busy signal. Complete fraud. Rip-off company. Should have read reviews first. Probably an Arab ripping people off.

    I received your package yesterday with the NOVAWAVE TV Antenna. I did not order this and ddo not know how it was sent to me. I also see that you have charged my PayPal account $59.94. I wish for you to credit my PayPal account the $59.94 and give me instruction to return this TV Antenna to you.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I ordered the NovaWave antenna and amplifier on 29 Jun 2024. No shipping information was ever provided. I called their customer service on 13 Jul and was told the order hadn't shipped or been picked up. Still no notification from Tanscata regarding shipping. I have contacted ****** to stop the transaction payment. Based on the reviews I have read I would never recommend this company.

    Tanscata llc received $84 representing sales for Novawave antennae which was promised on May 30 that I would receive in 3 to 9 days. I have not received any tracking info. I called today their tel. number listed -- (the name Regal Law Offices shows up on my tel. I waited 10 minutes for response. The agent asked me for my Tel number, my full name but not once for my Order info which has Ticket numbers. She then stated that it would take 3 to 9 days for shipment. I told her to cancel. I found online that there have been other complaints against the product.
    It has also been called a scam product. Calling the tel. # listed here has an automatic loop reply of "the customer you are trying to reach is unavailable"!
    It is uncanny that they have a BBB listing of A+.
