      I order a 360 platform and needed new remote after being charged 100.00$ then an additional 45.00$ for 2 day shipping after 17 days I still did not receive my order when contacted company I was denied the request to speak to supervisor and did not receive refund

      I notified Revospin regarding a mirror booth, which is no longer working 9 months after my purchase. Communication between customer support has not resolved any of the problems and as per my last communication with ******** was informed that they would swap out the equipment, but to date they have stopped replying to my multiple email. Now I have a 6 foot mirror booth that useless and I am stuck paying for a mirror booth that cost more then 6K. I am by no means happy and it hurts even more when I get a request for a booth thats not working. My recommendation before you purchase anything check out the company history. My next step is unknown but they have not provided a product or service that they sold me
