A google review was placed. This place needs new owners and staff. They mistreat people and kids are treated terribly. It's such a shame to go into a place with just high spirits and leave feeling completed defeated. My three girls were scolded and followed from the time we went to get quarters to play. The quarter machines don't give you the proper amount of money back and the staff harasses you. Please investigate this place and just look at the reviews!!!

They discriminate against families and they way they do it is out right verbal assault and harassment. We walked in and she full on yelled at my children for waking too fast. This place is marketed towards families to come and learn about the old machines but as soon as we came in they yelled us just for the kids being excited. They then screamed across the area that we were being kicked out. Horrible business practice.

Lady yelled at my 12 year old daughter and made her cry for the crime of seeing if there was a quarter in the return slot. Absolutely insane.

My family and I loved going to the Pinball Hall of Fame. It was a great attraction, especially getting to introduce our children to the games we used to play when we were their age. Unfortunately we were highly disappointed this last time we went to visit as we encountered 2 employees with extreme rudeness, disrespect, impatience, and lack of customer service. The employees were an older man and woman. They had no identification to show they worked there. The older man had a flashlight headband on which helped indicate that maybe he worked there and was servicing the machines. The older women was at the counter. So we could tell they worked there but nothing official.
My son was playing a pinball machine and was getting excited, as a normal 7 year old would do. Apparently it was too loud and we were told to stop him from yelling/screaming. Honestly he was not that loud, the games around us were the same level of noise. As we were trying to tell our son that he needed to be more quiet the woman already was back interrupting us and turning off the machine in the middle of his game. Saying she warned us and we did nothing. We didn't even have time to settle him down or explain what was happening. The woman and man both came over and told us we needed to leave and were going to escort us outside. My husband was trying to talk to her and ask to give us an actual chance. She had zero tolerance and then said that the man had Asperger's and didn't like the noise. I don't think that gives them the right to bully a family that was just trying to have a fun time here at the establishment that supposedly promotes family fun (as per website). Also, I believe the woman was out of line talking about someone else's personal medical history in front of strangers violating his privacy. Very unprofessional.
Almost every low star review from ****** about the Pinball Hall of Fame seems to be about these 2 specific employees and their unfriendly attitudes towards the customers.

Employees need to be more aware of kids with autism. My 8 year old grandson never was able to play pin- ball, so I took him to learn to play. When he gets excited he jumps up and down. Your employee said that he was running around unattended which that’s was totally false because he will not leave our side because of his autism. He will have a fit if he’s not by our side. I told your employee that and she said that she knows what she saw. I told her to look at your camera and she refused stating she knows she was right. Then I told her we will just leave and her response was that she didn’t care if we did. She was very poor people skills and seems she was angry for being at work. This happened 6/11/23 and I made a complaint and never heard anything back. This is my second attempt to contact customer care. My grandson was crying because he says he was just being happy and she was very mean to him.

Children are a problem for ownership. From moment we entered we were FOLLOWED by the owner. Lurking behind machines, staring in a creepy predatory way. Kids played a machine, excited so bouncing up and down on their heels. Owner swooped in "we have a problem" was the introduction... we didn't. Owner followed my children around and INTO the bathroom... we left as it was so intrusive. Do not visit here. Avoid at all costs... creepy, bad and evil.

A majority of the machines had out of service signs/the lights turned off. A few pinball machines were opened for all to see the cables from the inside. Machines that do work have tape over one of the a selected coin slot. There are hand written signs to “keep it down” on the side of the machines. The air hockey didn’t work properly (If the puck was placed on a side would stay stationary vs moving as it should) my middle child (5y) was excited and started to rush to play (this was her first experience and started to run) and an older man (with no identification) proceeded to YELL at her instead of speaking to me or at the very least telling her to walk (she hadn’t taken 4 steps) He then walked away as if nothing had happened. Later I had my baby (2y) on my shoulders so that he wouldn’t run away and cause problems when the same older man walked up to me and rudely stated that my child “was not allowed” to be on MY shoulders (stated that he “could fall on the machines and break something” which made no sense to me as I was no where near glass nor was I walking). Shortly after he returned to YELL that this location “was not for kids” and that I “should leave and take them to Chuck E Cheese”. At this point I was appalled and had told my husband that we were leaving only to then notice people following us (these people also did NOT have identification) when I stopped walking to acknowledge them they stated that their “boss told them to escort” us out. Bottom line: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. This business is not child friendly. They have terrible customer service. They YELL at both adults and children for no reason other than thinking they can. They do not wear identification. Most of their machines don’t work and the ones that did were grossly over priced. There are rules posted on the back wall but staff add more rules to suit their needs. They need kinder staff, or at the very least people that don’t hate what they do.
