    Steven ******** is a scumbag. Tried to rip me off on a simple kitchen sink leak. He didn’t seem very educated on anything and got a bad feeling in my gut when he said he’d give me a cheaper price to leave a positive review. That shouldn’t be legal. Heed all of the negative reviews and stay far away.

    The workers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. An unexpected leak came about in our complex. Around 6 PM I notice a worker going around the buildings turning water valves. I asked him what he was doing, and he informed me that he was shutting off the water. So I asked why and he said there was a leak. I would've never known my water was getting cut off if I didn't happen to see him. First and foremost, it would've been courteous and considerate to at least let residents know that their water was being shut off. Second, it is not right to talk to people in a disrespectful manner who are simply inquiring about what's happening on their property. After a few hours of still not having any water, I walked over to inquire about a possible estimate of when our water would be back on. When I initially spoke, all 3 workers completely ignored me as if I wasn't standing there. So, I asked again and one of them replied with an extremely rude tone as if I was wrong to inquire. I attempted to let them know that it would've been courteous to give residents a notice that they were shutting off our water, especially if it was for an indefinite amount of time. They kept cutting me off, being very short, and acting beyond rude just saying "call HOA." Would they be ok with having their water shut off without prior warning and then being talked to in a degrading manner as if tenants don't have the right to ask about what is going on around their property? I absolutely do not appreciate being talked to that way, especially when they couldn't even provide a courtesy knock to let me know I'd be without water for the night.

    I am so very sorry for your inconvenience of not having water to your apartment last night. The Henderson Water Department, myself and my plumbing team worked 10.5 hours trenching mud to repair a spontaneous break in the watermain within your 30 bldg apartment complex last night. I am the hired help sir. I’m not your hoa management who would discuss to all 600 tenants what a spontaneous Watermain break is and what companies need to do what and for how long. I am the plumber covered from head to toe in mud diving in the “literal” trenches working tirelessly for 10.5 hours until 1:30am getting the water back on to your complex. Keep in mind, my team started the day at 7am but didn’t get to your complex for the emergency shut down until 3pm. Yes, that’s an 18.5 hour work day of physically demanding high stress emergency work in order to finally get the complex water back on for everyone. Again, I’m sorry for your inconvenience sir and hope you can find peace in having water to your apartment and hopefully remove this negative review or upgrade it to a 5 star. My team deserves it.

    I'm not sure why you assume that I'm a sir, but I'm not. Thank you for your response nonetheless. I do understand working long hours and long days and being tired and I do in fact appreciate y'all's prompt response to the situation. However, your team's long hours and stress levels are not my fault, nor do they give your team the right to talk to me and treat me the way they did. Am I wrong to inquire about what's going on with my property when my water gets shut off without warning? The fact that you didn't even mention how disrespectful they were to me shows that you are only attempting to make excuses for their disrespectful and inappropriate behavior and not take ownership or have them take responsibility. Clearly you were not attentive to my complaint otherwise you would've realized that my main concern was not the water shut off, but how I was treated. So, I do not believe your team deserves a better review until they know how to treat people with the same respect with which they would want to be treated. And your company doesn't deserve a better review until management can stop making excuses for when their workers treat someone poorly. I spoke with one of the supervisors, Lori, by phone as well, and, unfortunately, she started off doing the same thing: finding excuses rather than having the team take responsibility for their rude treatment. She ultimately apologized on their behalf, but the fact that y'all jump to excuses for poor customer service first says a lot about your company philosophy and the people that run the company.

    ***** with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. $14,000 in damages. The owner, ******, harassed us & threatened to *** us for filing a claim with our insurance company. Then denied he ever set our house on fire & refused to cooperate with our insurance so our insurance had to *** him. He lied to his insurance company about the dates it happened so Im assuming this company wasn't even insured at the time. Almost 1 year later court is done & ****** finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but plumbing kings!!!

    You’re using your wife's and Jason J account on other websites posting same photos and similar statements. You should have an account in your own name and be responsible for the many false reviews that you post. When plumbers solder pipe and that pipe rests against an ABS drain higher within the wall, this can happen, and it did. Someone called the fire department for precaution even though our technician had immediately put out any flame there was within seconds. We had a contractor out within the hour to start remediation and to begin reconstruction which was only going to take a week to finish, whose services you denied. You insisted on going through your insurance, which agreed the damages totaled $4,500 which we covered, opposed to using my contractors. Your $14,000 statement is quite the embellishment but effective. I’m hoping after your dramatic reviews under false names, you can stop calling our office “up to 7 times per day” and harassing our female dispatchers. There was an unfortunate accident that was made right.

    WOW! What an amazing and honest company. It is so rare to find a company that is truly trustworthy, and I highly recommend Plumbing Kings.
    I had what I thought was a leak in the pipes above the bathrooms and called Plumbing Kings. I spoke with Julie, and she was extremely friendly, helpful, and understood my emergency as I had turned off the water to the house. Tyler was on a job but once he finished, he would head my way. Tyler called to let me know he was coming. Tyler spent at least 30 minutes evaluating the situation and was in the crawl space of the garage with temperatures in the mid to high nineties. Tyler was very thorough but did not find a leak in any of the pipes. Tyler determined the leak is from the roof and not the plumbing. This amazing young man did not charge me anything for his service that I believe was above and beyond. I was impressed with his work ethics and his compassion.
