    Technician Vlad is a pro and seasoned plumber. He was on time to both appointments and very cordial. He also explained the basic patiently. The water softener was installed and configured. Plus, I’ve hired Allstate Service Group to provide maintenance on the a/c units.

    ******** and his coworker worked very hard for approximately 8 hours, in 50 weather and ***** mph winds. I was confident enough in his ability to do the job right, that I never had to go outside one time to check up on them. They removed our pavers carefully and made a clean cut in the concrete in the driveway, so it could be replaced without barely telling it had been removed and reset. We are very impressed with the job they did into the early evening by spotlight and realize they have no control of additional leaks that *** occur in other areas after the job is done. If we should have additional leaks, we will definitely call them again for the repairs. Thank you for a job well done!!!
