This company came out as part of a warranty visit. Before coming they insisted we have a water reclamation company come out because they wouldn't access the area with the leak themselves which seemed odd. This ended up costing us 1200 just for access. They were at our house for less than 30 min said they knew what was wrong and would be in touch. Half a day later our claim is denied and both the warranty company and Alpha plumbing started pointing to the other and no one will provide us any answers. Alpha only seemed interested in providing a cash quote including a 10% discount of 90 ignoring the 100 they got to come out and take a look(apparently that would not be coming off the cash price). When you call them it's evidently a small shop and they don't even answer the phone with their company name. They said they would send us info over and over again to support our warranty appeal but never did and became frustrated we ignored their cash quote. Seems like they may just be using the warranty company to get cash claims. Ultimately we got a second quote giving up the 100 for the assessment and paid less than half of what they wanted

When my water heater went out in my house I called my insurance ( ****** **** ********) and they hired alpha plumbing. I paid the service fee of $85 to them. Then they told me I had to pay $360 to them because insurance didn't cover some "modifications". So then I called. Alpha plumbing to see what modifications needed to be done. They told me they had to replace the valves and hoses and put a sediment trap on the water heater.I did not see no modifications whatsoever except for the sediment trap so I spoke to Angel at Alpha plumbing and she said that they never said that they were going to replace the valves and hoses and that I wasn't going to get a refund for the repairs that weren't done and that I could contact my insurance. The next day Louisa ********* called me and said that I was going to get a refund for $100 and I told her I should be getting more than that because they only did the sediment trap. The technician that came was Simon . The date of water heater installation was on September -30-2023. I would upload the pictures of the work but it doesn't allow me to do so.

On 9/28/23, we have been to this property with an open claim for water heater leaking trough ****** **** ********. That day, per ****** **** warranty policy, the home owner is liable to pay a service fee of $85 to the technician to submit the diagnosis to the warranty company, following that, the warranty is informing us of the portion of work that they are covering and the portion of work that they are not covering.
This work order was authorized as followed:
40 gal gas water heater provided by ****** **** warranty
2 supply lines seals modification parts and labor not covered $85
T&P line modification not covered $165 (if we are able to just replace the seals on this part, only $65 will be due)
Small vent modification not covered $45
Gas trap modification per code needed not covered $65
    Disposal FREE
    The total is $360
The home owner called us prior the approval of the non covers and wanted to buy the parts himself so we could do half of the job, but we told him that our company does not proceed like that. We do the whole job trough the home warranty, or the home owner can ask the warranty to give him a cash in lieu and so he can do his installation on his own or with any other company.
Homeowner called us back same day accepting the non covers and requesting an installation on a Saturday, although we are only accepting emergencies on the weekend as the office is closed, as a curtesy and to help the home owner have hot water over the weekend, we went above and beyond and did an installation on a Saturday for him. At time of Installation, homeowner made a cash payment of the $360 non covers cost.
When our office re-opened on Monday, we noticed that the homeowner paid us $360, but we did replace the seals on the T&P line and not the full line as mentioned before, and we called him to let him know that we are sending him a reimbursement check of $100.
Homeowner was not happy as he wants his money back for a job that was done and accepted by him since the beginning,
If our company was too expansive for him, he had the choice to not accept the non covers or request an other company before our installation, and not start to complaint after he had his new water heater installed and done.
