      On 8/18/2022, I was in the process of checking out an online order and selected the pay with bitcoin option. During the checkout process, I initiated the BTC transfer which did complete but for some reason the checkout process did not. I have called and emailed customer service multiple times and emailed the sales person that quoted me a price requesting help with Zero response. The amount was $352.51. There is no other explanation than this company completely ignores customer service. No response is unacceptable.

      I am so sorry to hear this, We looked into it and we did confirm the money did move over to us with no order being placed. I am working on getting your funds sent back as store credit - We are not able to refund Bitcoin. Once it is issued you will be sent an email confirming it was sent. You can use that amount to repurchase.

      I ordered an item from this company on 06/01/2022. It is now 08/13/2022 and the item has still not been shipped. I have been told through multiple emails that the item is "in process" and now the company has stopped returning my calls and emails. My order number is ********.
