We contracted Nationwide Pool in ********* in January, 2021, for a pool, spa, and deck remodel. After waiting patiently and losing the summer use of our pool, the project was finally completed in August, 2021, although we were given the estimated time of completion to be 6-8 weeks. We have had no response to take care of some warranty issues since we first called in October, ******. There are now several new areas where dirt clumps together on the pool bottom that do not move toward the pump. We had one end made deeper and two fewer in-pool cleaners were reinstalled due to a new plumbing configuration that was inspected by ****, a manager. Our new white plaster always looks dirty now and we have replaced the filters.2. Three areas of grout or silicone needed to be filled in around the tiles. Pictures were sent on 10.22.2021 and we finally bought supplies and did this work ourselves.3. The new tiles were not wiped off thoroughly after the plaster installation and have a film on them all around the pool. We have used tile cleaner on the tiles that we can reach and it takes scrubbing to remove this film. We cannot reach the tiles in the deep end and the film is visible when we are in the pool. Our contractor, ***********************, resigned from employment with this company just after the entire job was completed. He told me that if we had any issues, we were to call Nationwide and request warranty work as they will take care of any problems.1/2021 - We signed a contract for new plaster, new tile, new larger deck, and a deeper end of 6.5' to be created, and an estimate was given for this work to be completed in 6-8 weeks.8/2021 - The job was finally completed on August 15, seven months after contract signing, the day the pool was quickly emptied and the plaster and tile removed. The delays were attributed to covid shortage supplies, shortage of employees, employee emergencies, bad weather such as wind, heat, rain and more excuses. We were not able to use our pool th
