Another warranty claim. Guy came out to look at 3 issues, he fixed 2 and said he had to order a part and would get ahold of me once it arrived. He never called me back and their phone rings then disconnects after you choose any option. I called the warranty company and he reported that the repair is not covered after telling me he was ordering the part and would get ahold of me when it got there. The warranty company sent another company out to do the repair. I then read the other reviews and this company is a joke. It looks like this is standard for them. I guess they get a fee from the warranty company, go out, then do nothing.. Again read the reviews online-they should not be in business.

Unfortunately, another company out for a quick buck that doesn't stand by their work . They were called out from my warranty at the end of December and replaced pool pump motor. 3 months later pump went down. I was told I had to pay another $75 for them to come back out. My pool man said he was 99% sure it was the capacitor. I tried telling them that and I didn't want to pay $75 for a $20 job that should be UNDER WARRANTY!!!! Obviously, whoever is running this business doesn't care about the customers. They should realize stuff happens and should stand behind the jobs they do. I hope this review helps out others. I would definitely steer clear from this company and use a reputable pool company here in the Vegas Valley. I wouldn't expect a company like this to stay in business. I will also be relaying this message to corporate of my warranty company to not use a business like theirs!!

I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, we have no control over the Warranty companies' rules. Any repairs that occur after 30 days require a new claim. If, for some reason, this failure is our fault or the equipment is defective, you do not have to pay for it. First American explained this to you after we spoke with them regarding the call you gave us where you said that we had to return to a repair done in December 2023.
For that reason, our intention has never been to dispossess customers. We have more than 30 years of servicing the valley, and we say it honestly. You were asked to submit a new claim, and we will happily send a technician to answer your call. However, you refused to submit this work order. We wish you the best of luck and hope your home warranty can assist you better.

I had a terrible experience with this company! The repairman was beyond rude to me. I can’t even give them one star, he came to my house, misdiagnosed my pool heater problem and then proceeded to yell at me over the phone. I was assigned to them through ******** **** ********, who now says that they have no one else to assign to us. I have never been treated so poorly. Oh, and by the way, he reported inaccurate information to our HWC.

Southwest Pool is a contractor of Fidelity Home Warranty Insurance, if you are using Fidelity and they are requested to come out for a work order, I would recommend you decline and request to work with a more professional company. Evaluations especially from Jose (aka Manager) are completely inaccurate, and he knowingly report false information to warranty company to get a work order declined. After weeks and weeks of phone calls, and factual information, and begging insurance company to send another technician because (we even hired another 3rd party company to get to the root cause) and it was determined that the missing check value that Southwest claimed to be the issue, was never the problem at all for the current damages.
Fun fact - Jose claimed that a missing check value caused the damage on our pool/spa heater, after investigation, the records of the insurance company stated that Southwest Pool was the contractor hired to install the pool heater 13 years ago, when this was addressed with Jose, in a phone call, he implied that he doesn’t know who goes in and out of our backyard and would deinstall the check value, this comment alone shows the unprofessionalism, the inability to take ownership for work previously done or lack of work done and they hold no accountability. When addressed, he said well they work with Fidelity and get direction from them
Not only did this cost us time and money, it cost us a peace of mind that someone would knowingly discriminate towards my husband and I, based on our social status and would not take any responsibility for the companies own assessment and mistakes.
