Shenker academy will accept your application and never tell you it was processed. They will then proceed to charge you after you call and speak to them after still never receiving infortion. When you call to find out they sent it to your fiancs exwife, who was specifically stated NOT to have anything to do wi th new childs account. We were assured she was deleted from the system. After still never receiving an email and then finding out they charged the $300 application fee, they wanted $500 to cancel. I find it odd they can find my email and info to charge me but not to share if a child was accepted. When i called i merely Got a blank email with the womans contact info but nothing attached. They then proceeded to email me about another set of children and sent their parents email, credit card info minus cvv, and berate me when i emailed them back to let them know they shared private information again. I have now been asked to pay the $500 or they will charge my card, which i find ridiculous because i was never told she was accepted and then when i called she was magically? I cancelled because i already enrolled in another school that was able to communicate effectively and shouldnt have to pay their cancellation due to their inability to effectively give information. It was also cancelled More than 30 Days prior to Her start date.

************************* has completed her registration forms and contract for the enrollment of ****************************** on 12/13/2023 (attached enrollment Forms & Contract).

On 3/1/2024 ************************* and *************************** received a confirmation to the enrollment of ******************************, which included class assignment (Infant Room), start date (5.28.24), schedule (5 full days, including before/after care), tuition plan, admissions policies (attached ******************************-Confirmation).

On 3/4/2024 ************************* was charged the non-refundable registration fee and security fee ($150.00+$150.00=$300.00) which was paid by ************************* on 3/15/2024.

On 3/5/2024 ************************* inquired about starting ****** schedule earlier, aiming to start on 4/17/2024 instead of 5.28.2024 (see attached request to start early, see attached email).

On 3/6/2024 *************************** (Accounting, Shenker Academy) informed ************************* and ********************* that we will not be able to start in April due to a full classroom (can be forwarded as needed).

On 3/6/2024 ************************* stopped at the front desk to ask to enroll ************************* (older son) back into Shenker Academy kindergarten. ****** was answered that due to the history of ****** at Shenker, Shenker Academy will not be able to answer the child's academic and developmental needs, and thus, ****** will not be able to attend Shenker Academy (Can be forwarded in an email since we maxed out the files)

On 3/15/24 ************************* completed a withdrawal form (attached) which clearly states the commitment to pay a termination fee of $500.00, Claiming that she found other arrangement for her children (email can be provided upon request)

On 3/15/24 ************************* paid $300.00 (registration & Security fees). However, ************************* still has an outstanding balance of $500.00 (unpaid termination fee), see attached account  summary.

In conclusion, Shenker Academy has served the ************************* family and reserved a spot for ****************************** as contracted with *************************. ************************* terminated the contract as attached, and thus, has a pending outstanding balance.

The request to refund $800.00 is baseless since ************************* never paid $800.00, which is the obvious amount she owes to Shenker Academy.

Please feel free to contact *************************** ("Handler") for any other documentation or explanations.
