    I'm unhappy with this business. I purchased the Rollo printer knowing they were working on a wireless adapter. Well, they delayed a lot, and at the end only sold a few units that I never saw available for purchase (always showing sold out).
    The solution? To purchase the new Rollo wireless printer, even though the original Rollo still works.
    I don't recommend doing business with such company. For that level of service, just go ahead and buy a cheaper competitor (many available).

    i Wish if i can leave -10000 for a review .
    We Tried to join their affiliate program . Application Stayed without response for 2 months. Marketing team are taking naps i guess. this company is a red flag . Customer support and "Marketing Team" are not professional with generic answers without solving problems.
    This is our experience with them .
    Applied for affiliate program , because we handle multiple customers and their websites and all their workflow. we were about to migrate them from ship station to them since they provide printers and a platform for package management. Our Application stayed for more than 2 months without answer. meanwhile i tried to forward my concerns via " CHAT " since it their only method of contact. and always we receive the same generic answer "As much as I would like to assist you and provide you a direct answer, we really do not have such information available.
    I had to buy merchs out of our pockets
    ". i told them one of my customers is willing to spend on 10 machines for his first order total order will be $3,680. from only one customers. But theses people are willing to leave money for their competitors because their service are incompetent and sticking with the script without really trying a resolution.
    RED FLAG. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM. FAKE ADVERTISMENT ON THEIR AFFILIATE PROGRAM WITHOUT EVEN A POLICY TO SHOW YOU . TRIED EVEN TO CALL THE NUMBER THEY PROVIDED ON THEIR BBB ACCOUNT NO ANSWER .. """ MONKEY BUSINESS """

    My first purchase with Rollo was in 2017. It included a Rollo Thermal Printer, labels and label holder. I contacted Support several times and each response by Rollo has made my life easier. Their Help pages are also quite useful. Now, I looking to use their Ship Manager and with the support I have received thus far, I am confident that too will go well.
