      Sent an email to their office - no one has responded in over a week to this email - called in to speak to someone about the lack of response. Got transferred by the receptionist to a Suzanna I am made aware of after as being the assistant to the person who I should have been actually transferred to after I asked to speak to the community manager for the address provided. This lady was beyond rude and was at first refusing to simply respond back. I said I need to get a response to the email sent a week ago. Then she tells me her supervisor name is Jan - which I emailed after since I still got no response looking to get someone to respond back ( THAT IS THE WHOLE REASON WHY THIS IS BEING FILED) BECAUSE NO ONE IS RESPONDING. Then some guy responds back saying that was his assistant. And implied that the receptionist making an error transferring me to her instead of Him and no one between those two people I spoke with ever mentioning his name. He then had the nerve to say that I harassed them after waiting a whole week with no response then calling up and asking them to simply respond to an email - Unbelievable. I have reached out to this company before and had MAJOR lack of communication. Whoever is in charge of this place is obviously not supervising them very well. Next time these people want to act like this and or not respond I will just go ahead and file a statement of fact with the ombudsman and then the history of those complaints will hopefully make someone aware there is a major problem that is not being addressed.

      We apologize to Anthony for not responding and the lack of communication concerning the original email that was received regarding the updated PMA agreement. After that email was received and the account was properly updated, there was an assumption from the assistant that they did not need to email back and were misguided. In the future, the management team will be more diligent in acknowledging and addressing all communications.

      The property manager, Kim at the Eastern location called my realtor to inform her of my courtesy notice violation.
      The property managers assistant didn't record my responses to violations and then sent me notice of hearings for not responding. Then had the nerve to send me a letter of $300 in fines.
      The fines came to me only after I met in person with the property manager Kim and showed her my responses then I emailed my responses Kim and said she would remove the fines because she verified that I responded.
      The property manager removed two of the fines and left one, stating the board had determined I owed the fine. However, the property manager is the person informing the board of my situation and I am sure details were left out about her lack of ethics, in calling my realtor and her assistant's mismanagement of my documents.
      I am fighting the $100 remaining fine. I even spoke to the owner of the company's assistant, Diamond and she said, I could take it up with the board. No resolution. So, I wrote a letter of complaint to the BBB and they referred me to the realtor's complaint commission. Seems to me that lots of protections are in place for HOA management companies and they know it, it's almost like they wrote the protections for themselves. I have many hoops to jump through, in order to get a resolution, Kim, Laura and Diamond lack good customer service for the client/me (not acting in the best interest for the client) for issues that they have the authority to resolve.
      I would not recommend this HOA and I am sorry if this is your HOA assigned to you, when you purchase a home. My interactions from Colonial Property Management have been unethical, misleading, they've mismanagement my documents and unprofessional to say the least. All of which go against their duties to uphold the laws that govern them and act in the best interest of me, the client. Less than one star if it were available!

      Unethical and unresponsive. Emailed, called, days with no response. Dodgy business practices.
