      Took our son (8 months old) to be fitted for a cranial helmet in March 2024. We were told helmet would take 2-4 weeks to come in. Those weeks came and went and continued to get the run around it would be another 1-2 weeks. Finally in May I was told the helmet shipped and would be there in a few days. A few days later called again and they said my son needed to return to be measured again since so much time had passed from the original fitting appointment. I declined and requested a full refund, out of pocket we paid $1880 on a credit card (we disputed the charge and won) but our insurance was also billed and they paid them $2240. I requested for this amount to be refunded to our insurance and was told the request would be forwarded to their billing department. I sent emails and calls and left voicemails since the end of May and kept being told the request would take a few weeks until they stopped responding both calls and emails. Our insurance has not been refunded as of today 10/07/2024.

      ************* orthopedic motion! Please read!! My family was referred to this place Orthopedic Motion by st rose pediatrics. We initially went to the town center location for our first consultation. Everything seemed fine. We gave our insurance information to see if the helmet would be covered for our son. We were contacted by their billing agent ****** who told us that our insurance would not cover anything so she offered us a cash price of 1500. We were told to pay half to get the process moving so my husband paid the 800 dollars. Next thing you know 2 weeks goes by and we have not heard anything so we called both locations multiple times no one answered so we decided to drive to both locations and there was no one in either building. Come to find out they also submitted a claim to our primary insurance in the amount of ***** dollars. This company not only took our 800 but also now ***** from insurance and our son never received his helmet/treatment he needed and now the business is apparently gone and there is no one to contact. If you read the yelp reviews these people apparently scam multiple families not only taking their money but also putting a major delay on these childrens medical needs. It needs to be stopped and also brought to the communities attention. They have scammed numerous families!!

      Both my primary and secondary insurances were charged for a cranial remodeling helmet/band that was never received. Our final appointment was May 21st and we were told we'd get a call back when the helmet was delivered to their office in about 2-3 weeks. I called 6/18 and was told the delay would be longer, about 4-6weeks. Then i called again in August and got no answers. Phone would signal busy and hang up. Office was empty, they apparently got evicted. And after months without contact, now they emailed me saying they are now moving to a new location, but can't give info on when they will be open. They are only taking messages. New location is ***************************************************

      We were charged on June 13th $1,500 for an initial put down while we wait for our insurance to kick in. We got our insurance and the company has charged insurance multiple times while not giving us our $1,500 back. We went in to get his helmet July 17th. It was not the helmet we ordered and it was clear it didnt fit. We went back the next Wednesday to get it shaved down since it was causing sores on my infants head. It was still clear it wasnt meant for his head but we decided to wait until our 2 week follow up. On August 2nd we got to our appointment to find the doors locked and no one answering our calls. The doctors car was in the parking lot and I saw someone inside so it was clear that they were avoiding us. We called for weeks after that to try to get an answer and finally we sought a second opinion and it was them that told us that orthopedic motion was committing fraud and taking money and leaving clients hanging including turning off their phones.

      We were referred to Orthopedic Motion for an ankle brace for my 1-yr old son. Although Orthopedic Motion caused many delays in this process resulting in my son no longer needing the brace by the time we received it, my complaint is that Orthopedic Motion owes me $1,335.06. Both me and my insurance were charged fully for the brace. When I reached out via phone, email, website, and in person about this issue, Orthopedic Motion has continuously ignored me. Dozens of phone calls and emails have gone un answered. A physical note left at the business during business hours was ignored. I believe we were scammed out of $1,335.06.

      I believe Dr. ******************************* and Orthopedic Motion defrauded me by promising to provide an orthopedic helmet for my daughter and collecting payment for the helmet from my family but by never providing or intending to provide the helmet to us. As soon as we paid, they immediately ceased all communications, would not return our calls, and "closed" down their offices. They have not provided the orthopedic helmet to us. It is a disgusting scam, and ****************** and Orthopedic Motion should be ashamed.

      After my insurance (CHAMPVA) informed me that Orthopedic Motion needs to update their banking information with the ******************** I paid $1700 to get my daughter's helmet made. I was promised that the $1700 was fully refundable once the insurance went through after their banking was updated. We ordered the helmet May 25, 2024 and after about a month of waiting, I called and was told that the manufacturer is requesting a confirmation scan due to the lengthy wait time. We did the confirmation scan on June 22, 2024 and the employee was certain we would have the helmet the following week. It has now been over a month and we still do not have the helmet. I called Orthopedic Motion a couple times a couple weeks ago and was told both times that they would give me a call once the helmet came in. My husband and I have now called them multiple times over the last three days, sent an email and text, and left voicemails with no response. I also asked my daughter's referring physician to see if they were able to contact Orthopedic Motion on our behalf and they were not able to get through either. Now I am out $1700 and my daughter's head is deformed without the helmet therapy and she is now almost 11 months old.

      I order a helmet for my daughter ************************************** on 05/03/23. I paid a deposit of $900 for the helmet to be placed. The office stated it would take 2 weeks for me to receive the helmet. 3.5 weeks go by and the office called to tell me there was an error made. The company that manufactures the helmets lost my daughters scans and couldnt make the helmet. I took my daughter that same day to get rescanned. The office didnt address any of my concerns when we went in. They just took her scans and sent us on our way. We were told we would receive a call the next day, but we never did. I followed up on 6/12/23 to get the status for her helmet and why we never received a call back. I spoke to *** that day and he brushed me off the phone. He said we would be receiving the helmet that same week and again we never did. I called on, 6/20/23 to get an update for my daughters helmet and *** stated it should be here this week. I informed him I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. He stated he would place the request to get it approved. I asked him if there was a confirmation number or anything stating the request would be submitted to cancel the order and he said no. I had questions in regards of canceling the order and getting my money back. At no point was I rude with *** or loud. He kept cutting me of and brushing me off the phone again. My husband who was hearing on the other line was upset and told him to stop cutting me off and let me ask my questions. *** then proceeded to tell my husband that he already told me that he would submit the request and hung up on us. We tried calling again, but we were forward to the ********** location.I have made 5 different attempts to get the status of my refund or find out if it was even placed. I spoke with ******, tried contacting billing, and even sent an email on 6/21/23 to the owner of Orthopedics Motion and havent received any response. I havent received any information in regards of my refund or apology.

      On June 7, 2022 my child was seen in office and determined to need a helmet for cranial remolding. It was suggested by the doctor that we put a $1500 deposit down to begin the process while we waited for the insurance approval and payment. She stated that once they receive payment from the insurance I would be reimbursed the $1,500 deposit. The insurance approved the claim for the helmet 3 days later but were not billed until several weeks later from Orthopedic Motion Inc. I followed up several times with my insurance company and with Orthopedic Motion Inc. my insurance company paid the claim August 4, 2022 after several months from when the initial deposit was made and at this point treatment had ended. I had called my insurance in early July and they still had not received request for payment. I have tried to request refund several times from the company and they keep giving me different information and I have tried to talk to their billing but have been unsuccessful.
