    If it were possible, I would give them ZERO stars. My wife and I have been trying to get their office to reschedule our appointments for weeks now. The incorrectly scheduled appointment was for 03.17.2023 but we have yet to receive any contact from them to fix their scheduling mistake. We suspect the employee, *****, who scheduled ** on the wrong day is interceding in our attempted communications with ***************. We have to assume this, as no board certified professional would treat their patients the way we have been treated. All of our emails get a response that they will talk with ***** and correct the problem. No one ever reaches back out to get the scheduling corrected. It's hard enough to make things work but to be stonewalled by a gate keeper while trying to fix your mental struggles is beyond unacceptable. It's downright criminal. To be fair, **************** may not even know his employee is behaving in this manner. She consistently screws up and then either lies to shield herself, blames the patient or refuses to acknowledge that there's a problem to begin with. ****************, if you are not aware of this situation, I implore you to take a closer look at your personnel and their activities. If you are aware and are just playing a passive aggressive brush off game, then you should be ashamed of yourself and turn in your credentials/bonafides. As they aren't worth the paper they are printed on.
