      No response about a billing question.
      I've email ptcollectionsatradpartners.com every day for the last thirty days and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS. PATHETIC!

      Every time I have called to schedule an appointment, they place me on hold for over an hour. The authorization form sent from the doctor's office is never specific enough for them so they end the call and tell me to ask for a new authorization form. When a new one is sent to them they supposedly can't find it. This has been happening weekly for a month and I'm still unable to get an appointment.

      This review is regarding the company and not a specific location. I placed multiple calls to the billing department to settle a dispute with the promise that they will get back to me with a solution. After six months and no followup it's apparent that this was a stalling technique and they have no interest in resolving my dispute. I am a physician and will not be referring patients to this company.

      Don't go to the location at 2811 W. Horizon Parkway in Henderson. The receptionist is incompetent, and the Supervisor is just as bad. Came in at 2:10pm and after an hour wait, found out the receptionist never turned in my paperwork for a simple chest x-ray. Waited another hour and found out the receptionist wrote down my arrival time was 3pm not 2:10pm. Waited another hour and still no chest x-ray. My husband got up and complained and that's when the so-called supervisor got into it. We told her we have been waiting for almost three hours and that the receptionist was incompetent because she couldn't even do her job properly if she did her job properly, I would have been out the door a long time ago. The Supervisor gave me a hard time and told me she didn't have to let me have the x-ray. If I didn't need that chest x-ray for surgery next week I would never have stayed that long and put up with bad customer service. I am 78 years old and using a walker and this is how they treat senior citizens. I will never go there again even if you paid me.

      Yesterday I received a letter from a Collection Agency representing Desert Radiology. I was not aware that I owned them any money and called them to find out what it was for. They claimed that they had sent me 2 Invoices which I never received. I am a Senior on Social Security and have tried VERY hard to keep my Credit Ratings with the 3 Credit Bureaus in good standing since my husband passed away I did owe $160.00 which I was not aware of, but had incurred back in April, 2022 (5 months ago). I asked if I could pay 1/2 to them today and the other 1/2 next month when I received my next Social Security Check. They very rudely said "NO" I had to pay through the Collection Agency. They weren't willing to work with me at all. I've been going to them for various tests and x-rays for the last 9 years. Either their Billing Department has some VERY STRICT and STUPID rules or the people that work there are Idiots. I have done Collections work in business for years and you ALWAYS from to work with the customer/client if everything fails THEN the Collection Agency is the next step!!!
