      I filed my trust and I was waiting to pay the rest of my fees. I got this notice and I thought it was wha tI needed to pay and then I found out I was scammed when the attorney's office and called and asked where the check was for my fees. I sent this paperwork and check and they told me I was scammed. This is so **. Why are people scamming good people out of money we work so hard for.

      We had just bought our house, and we were busy with a bunch of the closing costs and dealing with other important duties such as moving in and getting documents together. We received a letter that looked legit and even had our local area address making it look real. We called to get our deed mailed as that is exactly what said. With a small fee of $107! We thought it was real and paid it. However when we got it, it was papers printed out from Google. This place is a scam and should be illegal to appear like it's legit from a trusted location such as tax office. We are out of $107.00.

      We recently established a Family Trust account and we had a slight issue with the property deed and parcel information. So of course when we got this very official looking letter with all caps... "RECORDED DEED NOTICE" - it sounded like something we needed to do to make sure everything was legal and our property protected. Then I started looking online for a way to pay the $109 service fee. I then did a google search to learn more about the company (which I should have I done in the beginning. I saw the comments from people saying it was a SCAM AND BOGUS! Thank you to everyone who took time to post those very helpful comments, which lead me to the BBB site.
      For a minute, I forgot what a wicked and evil world we live in and how there's always people out there waiting to scam and take advantage of others without a conscious. They probably sleep good at night too. God will judge every evil and wicked person.

      I ordered this company’s product for 109.00 dollars based on a letter I received in the mail on November 6th 2020. I am new home buyer and based on the letter it looked like I would need to use this to obtain my property information. Upon further investigation I would not need to use this product to obtain my property information. I have not received any information 3 months in which I payed for this product. I am requesting a full refund due to paying for a service and not receiving the product which is a scam.

      This customer was fully refunded on 1. 16.23, the Property profile we compiled for them was confirmed delivered to their address on 11.21.22, we are sorry they did not receive it if they had contacted us we would have been happy to resend it.

      Received a letter soliciting $$$$$ so I can get a copy of my proprty deed, something I ALREADY have.... Oh the scammers abound to get your money. NC and Southern Calif AG take 'em down.. It's a scammers PO box, but no physical address of the business to track them down. Time to report them to the locals crime division to take them out of "service". I'd leave a -5 stars if it were available.

      My comment: They're nothing more than a shyster org to get $$$$ from unsuspecting and unclearly stated letter for something the prop owner already has... The reviews on them is equally bad!!! and they've used other non existing addresses to hide their biz... Take them down, CA AG!!!

      Their biz is just a scam as indicated by many other reviews of their scaddy operations. Clearly stated, yeh, clearly deceptive!!! Not a wealth of info, just a recap of what's on your Deed of transfer!!! Scammers!!! Your property deed has ALLLLLL info on property transfer.
      Their letter jabber...
      Property Profile recommends that all homeowners obtain a copy of their Property Assessment
      Profile which includes a complimentary copy of your current Grant Deed or other record of title. These documents can provide evidence that the property at xxx was, in fact, transferred and/or has interest to the individual(s) xxx.
      The "Property Assessment Profile" is a comprehensive property report that provides a wealth of information on the property that can be used to verify property information is recorded correctly, as mistakes can affect property taxes. Legal description and information, flood information and maps, home valuations and projections, history, comparable properties and more is included.
      Report them to your local PD and the state's AG!! We did!!

      This company has fooled several elderly family members into paying for their "services" which consist of nothing more than public records. I have guardianship over two of these family members. I have done a business search for "Property Profile Inc." in the California Secretary of State's business entity search so that I can file suit against the company. Property Profile Inc. does not appear to be registered to do business within the state of California. It is embarrassing that whoever founded this company believes there is any value to scamming the elderly or anyone else for that matter by selling them public records. I have contacted an attorney and the California Secretary of State's office to help me identify the corporate officers do that they can be held accountable.

      We are sorry this consumer is upset; we do provide a full refund for any customer who is not satisfied for any reason (clearly stated on our notice). Our service fee is for the compilation and research for a comprehensive property report that includes a FREE deed, we do NOT sell public records, we offer a service for a "service fee" and we are compliant in all areas pertaining to our service-based company. The purpose of our report is to verify that "public record" for the customers property is correct as errors in public property records can affect (among other things) the property taxes. This is very clearly stated on our Notice; we do not Scam or try to fool anyone; we simply offer a service for a service fee. We thank to BBB for their mediation in this matter

      The California Secretary of State's office shows that this business is not registered to conduct business in California. If this information is incorrect, please provide your corporate registry information for the state of California. This should not be an issue if your company is not scamming people.

      This company is a disgrace. I received their Property Profile Report - some facts:

      First page: "Enclosed is a copy of your requested property reports know as a Property Profile Report the complimentary copy of your deed will follow shortly." Grammas mistakes and lack of punctuation was just the beginning. Second page - my first and middle name are listed as my first name, while my middle name as my last name ...

      Comp Report - 10 "comparable properties" - omg! The property is in Redwood City, all listings are for Pacificas! I thought, they would mention at least one property out of ten in Redwood City ... if only for fun ... they did not. What were they thinking (or smoking) while producing this list is beyond me. Local real estate agents constantly mail the the data for most recent home sales in Redwood City (there are tons of them happening, so no excuse to use Pacifica for the lack of local data) for free, and those are actually relevant and accurate.

      Crime Report - apparently, in just about every category, Redwood City's has crime rates are higher than the US average. Visiting every online source of crime statistics strongly suggests otherwise. Have no idea where they got the figures from ... perhaps, confused with Pacifica ...

      Transfer / Transaction History - old dates and wrong Seller Information. First and last names are presented as First Name, and middle name - as the last name.

      Mortgage information - correct latest interest rate, but the Lender Name from about 20 years old; there have been several refinances since then.

      I mean, I am just baffled - are these guys for real? I could use standard online search and get the current and accurate data from publicly available sources.

      We are sorry this customer was unsatisfied with their property report and they have been refunded fully. The information on our property reports is compiled from the property's public records, we do not create, nor are we able to change any information in the public record.

      Errors in a property's" public record" can affect (among other things) the property taxes, our property reports afford the homeowner the opportunity to review the full spectrum of the property's public record and address updates and errors where necessary.
