    On 4/12 my mom took my kids to LOL as after school. She purchased a large pepperoni pizza and drinks. My kids were very hungry so they ate the pizza, but kept making comments about how mushy it was. I arrived after work right as they were eating. My mom then began to eat and realized the mushy was because the pizza was undercooked. We peeled back the *********** was raw dough. My Mom was pretty disgusted. I said it wasnt a big deal Im sure they wont mind cooking it a little bit longer for us. I go to the front and there is a girl with medium long, black hair and thick eyeliner on. I asked her nicely if she would be able to cook the pizza a little longer. Immediate attitude! She said rudely we cant do that and just stared. I was a little taken back at her rudeness. I said well if you cant help me then whats the resolution here? My kids ate a raw pizza. Theres a lot left over you cant reheat it? Im not asking for money back or for a new pizza. She rolled her eyes and said Ill go get my supervisor. So I thought Im not worried about this one disgruntled employee. The supervisor comes to assist me & opens up the pizza box. He says to me just as rude, this pizza is halfway gone, I cant do anything to help you. I said so you have no resolution for me? Look at this would you eat this? He just kept repeating the pizza is halfway done theres nothing I can do to help you, rudely. I asked him what was the owners name and he wouldnt answer me. I asked him again and he said ******. I asked him what his name and the girl who was just as rude and they refused to give me their names. So I took pictures of them, so the owner will know who they are. Covid restrictions I get why they couldnt reheat (after) but why so rude? Why did they not offer some sort of resolution? Maybe explain why they couldnt reheat it? Apologize?Something? They took my raw pizza into the back and had people breathing all over it & poking at it, so we never even got it back. I have a video.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. They said they would refund my Mom. ******* was was very nice an apologize which I appreciate. 

    The refund is appreciated however, there was no mention of disciplinary action, retraining or holding those two awful employees accountable. They first offer free pizza and free entry but I asked for a full refund since we will never go back there. This is a bandaid situation for a bigger problem they will continue to have. So yes I appreciate it and Ill take it but we will never step foot there again.
