    I have called numerous times for your company to stop calling my phone to sell me windows. This has been going on now for over a year. Jason, actually cursed and yelled at me over the phone when I told him to stop calling me. If you continue to call me, I will contact a lawyer and the proper authorities. You are not going to keep bothering me with your badgering.

    I wanted so badly to praise this company for the word of mouth recommendations, high accolades they boast on their website, as well as being a community partner with several organizations. That is simply not the case with our experience. We had John ****** come to our house he presented the windows with all the research & quality standards, awards Community partnership, better Business bureau info, he even threw in Golden knights tickets to incentivize our family. So we signed the purchases agreement and March 3rd 2023 however due to a setback and manufacturing our windows were not installed until months later while we began payments on them. During the installation process we noticed that our front windows didn't line up wouldn't close or lock properly, we also had three rooms with damage to the framework from the installation of the new windows, deep gashes huge scrapes and chunks of missing paint. For 2 months we contacted the office and no one returned our call by the time we finally got a hold of someone they said it was a parts issue for the front window. Again we didn't hear from anybody for months on December 1st 2023 I spoke to a company representative named Jeremy who told me that he would 1,look into getting our golden Knight tickets we never got, 2 have an update on when the parts would be there to fix the window, and 3 send out his team that manages the repairs done from installation. He asked me to send pictures of the window damage and I did, but alas here we are in March 2024 a full year later with no resolution and no contact from anybody at universal Windows including Jeremy. Today would be my 7th attempt at getting a hold from someone from the office only to go to voicemail. If you want new Windows do your research, you may need your own contractor to ensure the work and quality of the windows as they're being installed so you don't have to go through the timely, lengthy, unresponsive process of trying to get your brand new windows repaired.

    We ordered custom French entry doors with a custom color and artistic stained glass. The sales rep was meticulous, and honest. Very well spoken. I liked the fact that this is not a corporation, but a family owned franchise, and they sponsor the Golden Knights !!!!
    He explained to us that it would take a little more time due to the custom color /ordering/ supply and demand. I told him that I am very particular and that I'd rather wait for a quality product vs poor quality products in my home. All together I'm very pleased with the process so far- financing made me nervous, but ended up being much easier than i thought. I'm planning on using this company for more window replacements ( I love the way they look and function compared to other options I've explored) and possibly solar in the future.

    Universal Windows Direct took my full payment for 4 energy-efficient windows in July and August 2022, but by December 22 they still had only delivered and installed 2 of the 4 windows explaining they had mismeasured the 2 missing windows and they had been ordered. I had followed up numerous times, but when the windows were still not installed in December of 2022, I cancelled and asked for my money back for the 2 windows. To date (April 6,2023) I have not received a check from them, and I am now suing them in Small Claims Court with a court date of 7/12/23. Extremely poor customer service and keeping my money without delivering the goods is totally deceitful. The people I dealt with are Patricia ********, Jeff ***** and Aaron ********. My family had to go through a freezing winter in two rooms and is now facing another hot summer in the same two rooms. Do NOT use them!
