  2/23/2023; Heater repair, asked to check gas lines; Chris told me, need to replace a part cannot get to, have to take out copper tubing in front of the Carrier heater to replace part he can clean it, 10 yrs. old probably will not work; just more labor time; replace with new part warrentied for 10yrs. I asked for estimate, he asked first look at air conditioner I asked him to write down the estimate, what was being replaced for $6,500 air conditioner & $8,600 for new heater with air filter when I asked to think about it he said " do you need someone else here to authorize or a co-signer", I told him no; he said his guys not doing anything that day, he would work with me on price, & senior discount. Because of new FDA standards Carrier air conditioner could not be repaired
  I had doctor office staff calls to schedule appointments the same morning.
  He told me, credit check I quilfied with my very good credit at 3.99 percent; I asked 2 more times for written estimate, he made a drawing of the heater part to be replaced with no name of the part on paper I gave him to write down specifics of repair & costs. Rushing me to sign his guys on the way ;
  Electrian appointment (afternoon) , the electrian was asking me questions, same time I was asked questions & rushed to sign by Chris, he made it sound like for the cost a new heater & air unit, he asked about what color thermostat, I told no WI Fi access thermostat.
  I ask electrician for estimate, only verbal over$8,000, set appointment Fri. 2/ 24/ 2023, went by the Valley View office, asked for mgr. was
  Doug; asked again for itemized statement of charges; I told him research I was being overcharged, he gave me copy of same statement; no itemized costs, air filter; part replaced for heater or labor costs; he agued with me, I told him Amana 4ton was to large for 16-1700 sq ft home, should be approx. $3,500 not $6,500. I canceled electrician appointment several requests no refund on cc yet $2,844, or itemization of replaced part

  I can't take much more. I keep blocking and they keep calling from multiple numbers. Now they are calling me five to six times a day now. This harassment needs to stop!

  This company will keep spam calling your phone. I received 3 calls just today 10-07-22 all with different spoofed numbers. I have asked to be put on a do not call list, but does not work. STOP SPAM CALLING !!!! I block the number, then they call from another number. I can't see how this type of marketing works.

  This company are the robocalling kings. I've been blocking numbers for 2 years now and continue to do so every week or so.

  I am getting multiple spam calls a day. I am sick of trying to block the numbers just for them to use a bot from another one! I'm sick of it!

  Calling me several times a week for years and will not stop. Every time I block a number, they just call from a new spoofed number. I have literally over 100 calls just this summer from these idiots. I don't even own an air conditioner.

  The worst spam phone caller I've ever encountered. This company resorts to shady practices and should be avoided at all costs.
