    Good evening Derek. Im sorry to bother you with lower management chores, but as a long term business owner, i thought i should reach out to you.
    My story is longer,but here are some footnotes to get going. I am a career gambler, being top tier at major properties (noir, diamond elite etc) In the past 3 months, ive stayed at your properties 8 times. With a net loss of 20k.
    Fot the past 7 days, ive been in Sunrise hospital suffering heart failure. I truly did not believe i would leave there. My girlfriend made reservations for The D, for today to motivate me. I can barely walk, but the thought of some video poker was inspiring.
    After checking in, management advised me i was on the dnr list for breaking a tv at the golden gate property a month ago. Surprised, as I am 50 years old and never damaged a hotel in my life, I asked for clarification, with no luck. Security showed me a picture of a fully functional tv with a peck on the screen. We used the tv for 4 days, never seeing any imperfection
    Your management and security decided to not allow me a room and to be stranded on freemont. (We are not locals). Im being extorted for 400.00 for a mistake. Ive had many available options to vent my grievance (*** ****, ******, ******* *) but i chose to give you the opportunity to fix this as a business owner. I attempted to contact Megen the hotel manager, but she refused to return my calls.
