    I ordered a Brown Bear with 4 balloons 2 were smiley faces and the other two said Thinking of you. What was delivered was a ugly purple bear with a heart on it that said I Love You and on the back of the bears head was a sticker from Goodwill for $2.99. I contacted the company and they wanted to issue me a refund for half of what I paid because the balloons were delivered . I Was so insulted that they think just because the they got half the order correct it would make up for the embarrassment I felt sending a sick person a used product. I should of read the reviews on them before I ordered from this company and I will make sure I will get the word out to everyone never to use them.

    I have apologized for what was sent and we are no longer using our affiliate that delivered this bear as we do not like to be mis represented in this way. Your order has been fully refunded for this issue. It is unfortunate that no one takes the time to leave positive reviews for the orders that are sent out correctly daily. We do our best to make each delivery special and are very sorry for what happened with your order. We have taken the steps to correct this as we don't want a similar issue in the future.
