    I PLACED AN ORDER ON 6/16/2024 FROM THEM AROUND $98.83 AND THEY SHIPPED IT. I LOOKED AT THE ***** AND THERE WERE TOO BIG AND I TRIED TO RETURN THEM BUT THE OPTION TO RETURN WAS DISABLED . I TRIED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE MY 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY EXPIRES . THE COMPANY NEVER CARED ABOUT THE REQUEST . I AM REQUESTING A REFUND

    Dear BBB ***************,I'm writing to file a formal complaint against Feature, located at ******************, due to their unacceptable customer service following a transaction on April 7, 2024, where I paid $240.This issue began when I was contacted by a salesperson from Feature after returning to my country, informing me of a mix-up in my order. I was asked to return the incorrect items, with promises of reimbursement for the shipping costs incurred. Coordination for the return took an extensive three and a half weeks. I shipped the items back on May 3. Despite the shipment reaching Feature on May 9, I received no acknowledgment from them. My attempts to confirm receipt were met with a complete lack of response. I was forced to persistently chase Feature for any update, and it was not until May 31 that I finally received confirmation that they had processed the return. The correct products were shipped and arrived on June 4eight weeks after the initial error was communicated to me.Throughout this period, Feature's failure to communicate effectively made it extremely challenging to resolve this issue. My emails, calls, and text messages were consistently ignored. This unprofessional behavior and lack of responsiveness are frustrating and reflect poorly on *********'s reputation for hospitality and customer service. The delay in addressing my concerns and their failure to honour their commitment to reimburse the shipping costs have left me deeply dissatisfied.I'm disappointed that this matter has escalated to this point. Feature's ongoing disregard for basic customer care and communication necessitates a formal review and action. I request that the BBB help facilitate a resolution to ensure Feature is held accountable for its promises and reimburses the shipping costs as it initially assured. Your assistance in holding Feature accountable is much appreciated.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
