      In September. Purchased items from hi tech room in *********. Items were shipped to my house as I was on vacation. One of the phone cases has since broken and has a warranty, I cant seem to get ahold of anyone at the phone number listed to take care of this. Would just like my phone case replaced

      I was visiting staying in the ********* in *********. This store in in the MGM.I had my grandsons with me. Walked by the store, my Grandsons saw the robots in the store, so we stepped in to take a look. Immediately was approached by a female who showed them how the robots worked.I had my cell phone out and she asked to see the case. She wanted to make me a deal on a chargeable case. Said she would sell me one for ******. Showed me a picture of the product on her phone selling for ******. They are ***** on Amazon. ( I checked when I left the store) I did say I would purchase one. (Stupid me). Then she threw in a car adapter magnet. Said it was a $20.00 value!!!! NOT! She bagged these up.So, I was ready to pay and then a male clerk, started haggling and basically harassing me. He put earphones on my head without asking! They were playing loud music. I reached to pull them off and he said for me to keep them on or his boss would get mad! I sad so!!!Then he opened a big shopping bag and put a pair of headphones in the bag. Talking very fast trying to say he was going to make me a deal!!! Just to get out of there, I agreed to purchase one set of headphones! He tried to sell me 4 sets for a deal! Would hardly take no for an answer! I pulled the 4 boxes out of my bag and said I Do Not want these!He kept trying to wheel and deal! My young grandsons are waiting patiently! Observing this clown!I said ring me up and give me my receipt!I had to say that several times. Then I pretended to call security! He laughed and said he loved me!He rang me up and I looked at the total it was over ******! I said how did this total go from 499. To over 600? He said he added on the warranty agreement! I said take it off! I did not agree to that. He did! Then he want me to add a tip! I said absolutely not! You dont deserve a tip and I would never tip on buying a product! Your boss should be paying you more! He was awful!I know I got taken on these items. Very over priced. I just wanted to get out of there.Of course the receipt is not itemized!And over ******! For junk! And NO Returns!This is a bad business and should not be taking advantage of consumers.They need to be shut down!That is my long complaint!I was a sucker, but I felt trapped and harassed!I would love to get my money back, but Im pretty sure thats not possible!I left *********, and returned home! Makes me so mad that these people are in business and taking advantage of the consumers!
