      We rented an ** from El-Monte ** located at ********************************* *********, ** on 07/03/2024 for 10 days. Next day after renting, I notice the supply line to the toilet is leaking and the black water holding tank is half full. I thought either they forgot to empty it or the tank monitoring system is not working properly. When we arrive at the ************* at *************** in ******, ********** and hook up to the ** sewer, the black holding tank didnt drain. I couldnt call customer care because there is no internet or cell phone Signal. We had to place towels to absorb water from leaking supply line. After a couple of days, the black holding tank was full and we had to use campground bathrooms. It was a hassle because we have 2 kids.On July 10th, we drove to the city of ****** to call customer care. The customer care recommended to drive to the nearest ** repair shop at ************, which is 36 miles from ******, ********** or come back to *********. We decided to go back and return the **. I spoke to the Manager, she offered a refund of $300, which I refused to accept. She asked us to contact customer service by email at ******************************** I sent them 2 emails, one on July 15th and the other one on July 23rd but never receive a response from them. They don't have a phone number to contact customer service.
