    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by CPR Certification *********. I called to cancel my attendance to a CPR Certification course due to out-of-state travel for a funeral. The representative I spoke with instructed me to send an email detailing my request for processing. I promptly did this and responded to every subsequent email and text, reiterating my request for a refund.Despite the class being canceled by the company, as confirmed in an email I received, I continued to follow up and request my refund. I was then informed via email that my purchase was non-refundable. When I called on Monday (08/05/24), I was assured that my refund would be processed within 2-3 days. After waiting until today (08/08/24), I called again and was told to wait another 2-3 days.I find this handling unacceptable and unprofessional. I paid $59.95 for a service that the company itself canceled, and I have been given the runaround instead of a refund. I request immediate resolution of this matter with a full refund. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

    Based on this complaint, I can tell that they are trying to notify about a different company. My company does not provide training for individuals. I only provide training for companies as a part of a safety consulting contract. Im not quite sure how my name got involved because like I said, Im a very small business and I have not scheduled nor trained a CPR class in several months so the dates dont match up With a business, I may have been working with.
