    On 1/27 I ordered some food through the Jersey Mikes app, as is preferred by the org., rather than going through Door Dash. I got an email from Jersey Mikes stating that my food had been delivered at 2:47pm. It was now after 3:00pm, and I went to the door and there was no food delivered. I went back to the email and confirmed that there was no picture, or any confirmation provided to ensure delivery. I called the local store where I placed the order. I spoke to someone whose mngr told her that there was nothing they could do. Once the order leaves the store, Jersey Mikes has no control over what happens. I asked if they could re-make my food and I was told, And just who will deliver it? We arent calling Door Dash. I asked for a refund instead, and they told me they could not refund my money. I reminded them that they had my money, and I had nothing to show for it. I was told that I needed to call Door Dash to get a refund. The manager told me to go file a complaint if I wasnt happy. So, I called Door Dash. They apologized and assured me a complaint would be filed against the dasher and that person would never be selected for a delivery to me again. I was told that Door Dash couldn't refund my money to my original method of payment b/c I had placed the order through the Jersey Mikes app. She said that she could only refund it to Jersey Mikes and in a few days, Jersey Mikes would have to go in and refund it to my original method of payment. I still had not eaten all day, so I picked a different Jersey Mikes store and ordered through Door Dash, as I felt safer going through them than through the Jersey Mikes app. I spent $34 through the Jersey Mikes app and received no food ( I also used $9.59 in Shore Rewards). I spent $66.02 to get the same order through Door Dash and did receive my food. I find this lack of common sense or customer service completely unacceptable, and I cannot imagine that Jersey Mikes leadership knows about this
