    In February and March of 2023 I have sent several emails to Property IQ trying to get my family names off of their website as I am concerned about my families safety with our names and addresses shown on their website. Several times I have opted out both names and entire listing per the instructions provided by Property IQ. Propety IQ has promptly responded to all my emails regarding this issue; however, our names are still linked to the address when conducting a search online. I have waited 72 hours and cleared all history and cache per business instructions but our names are still on their website as being associated with our address. The business continues to email the same instructions to opt out which don't help. I have even emailed screenshots of our names on their website. As mentioned before I submitted our names to be opt out and our names no longer show as owners when we click on the address link for detailed info; however, our names STILL show as owners/residents associated with the address PRIOR to clicking on the actual address link (when conducting an online search).

    PropertyIQ lists all of my personal information on the internet including my finances on my property. Due to privacy concerns and security risks I need this company and any other company affiliated with them to remove my information permanently. My safety is at risk. Thank you

    The nature of my complaint is regarding the opt out offered to consumers on the propertyiq.com website. I requested to have my name and other private information opt out and removed from their website several weeks ago. They only removed my name from the page that comes up if you do a direct search of my actual address. What they keep failing to realize is that they also offer a way to search addresses by street names in each state where every home on a particular street comes up and shows everyone's name. When you search my street name and scroll down to my address, my full name is still showing as owner of the home. I have sent numerous emails through the last few weeks explaining this, along with supporting photos and documentation, requesting they remove my name and they keep responding that its going to be removed or it has been removed or its being escalated to their management team and even blaming ******* Due to their failure to remove my name, my name and full address comes up in a ****** search preview going back to their website. That cannot be removed in ****** until the website removes it from their page first.Due to the nature of my employment in law enforcement, my private information showing puts me and my family in grave danger. Please remove my name "***************************" under the 90 ************* *************, ** address on the following link as per my opt out request: ***************************************************************** I attached to this complaint photos of my name still on their page, some various emails sent back and forth and also a screen shot of a ****** search showing my private information (name and address) going back to their website. The only resolution I will accept is that they removed my name as shown and as requested. Once that is done, I can then request ****** to remove my information as outdated content.

    This company obtained my home address from a county tax website and listed my full address, with a map and my name on their website. This website has the option for you to opt out or remove your information from this site. I have been reaching out since March 5th emailing and doing the opt out requesting them to remove my data. I explain this puts me in danger and that I have a personal issue and even if I didnt have any issues I dont want my addres listed on their site. It is not a government or county site and I asked them to remove my data. They are refusing to remove my information from their website and told me basically they can use whatever they want. I am requesting they remove my home address with a map. I dont authorize them to display my home and their website is not a county tax site or any legal entity. If someone interested in my property want to look it up they can use the county tax office. Please remove it. If I have to file a court order complaint I will.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    ***** thats not the point. Your website is NOT a taxing authority and I am working on removing it from those too but thats none of your business. You purchased my information from a 3rd party and i have the email confirming this and you put my address on your site with an area map. I am requesting that you remove my address from your website there is no legal reason for your company to have it listed and I want it removed to include my full name. Please just worry about YOUR company and Ive asked you to remove it there is an opt out button on the site I dont want my home appearing on your site. If I need to get a court order I will. I dont authorize you to display my address for any reason as long as I am the sole owner. If I need to provide proof I am the owner I will.

    PropertyIQ perpurts to list public info4mation about personal properties . PropertyIQ states that it will remove private information. I am a forensic psychologist and publicly identifying me puts my family and me at risk in the event of relatiation. I have requested that PropertyIQ remove my name as associated with my address. When searching for my name it shows my name and that of my wife. The name is associated with our current address. Repeatedly the curomer service center directs me to an "opt out" tool which is of no help since it only applies to the actiual listing not the caption that shows in a name search. Whiile PropertyIQ has respinded to my requests they have not made an effort to remove the offending information from the internet. I am asking that they remove the names ************** and ******************* from being found in association with their site.

    Please see this link:*********************************************************************************** ************ is displaying information about my home without my consent, even after I complained. When I followed up with them again, they called me a b**** Now, Im going to file a lawsuit against them if they dont remove my house and details from their website.

    I was also able to find the email correspondence between you and our customer service team and at no point did anyone call you any defamatory names nor were they rude to you in any way in my findings. If you could please provide a screenshot or an image of your correspondence where this happened we will identify the individual that was responsible and deal with this immediately as this does not align with our companies standards of conduct. 

    We allow anyone that would like their personal information removed using the opt out link that is on our website and do not reject any requests to do so.
