      I purchased a spy camera to monitor my home while in the store I ask the store owner if I can connect to WiFi and watch it remote he told me yes. I then purchased the spy camera. When I got home the camera would not connect to WiFi because it does not connect to 5G WiFi. Well the owner did not tell me this so I can not use the camera. Do with the receipt in hand came back to the store and told him the problem. He tells me to buy something else in order to use it. Im told him no and that he was the one that did not tell me it needed to be 2.4 instead of 5G and I wanted my money back he told me no and now I have a $200 camera that I can not use and I just bought it 2 days ago

      Quite a few things that were dishonest here. First, the customer called me to get help setting up the product after it had been synced to his router, he wanted to know how to reset the product because he wasn't seeing a signal. This would suggest it worked earlier. 2nd, he comes in saying that his *** Panoramic Wifi System will not work with 2.4 GHz, you can actually look this up on *** or ******* the system works just fine with 2.4 GHz. 3rd, I offered him a wifi extender at no extra cost, I wasn't trying to sell him anything, he wasn't interested. We have a policy for no returns, and when customers start being dishonest about what was said, and what went down, it is usually their plan to bully someone until they get what they want. The fact that he was not giving any options besides what he wants shows his intentions. He could have gotten everything he wanted in the time he had the product.

      I am rejecting this response because: yes I did call the store for assistance because it was not connecting I assumed it connected and thats why I called but once the store informed me on how to reset the camera once I did I message pops up on the cameras stating it will not connect with 5G. So the bottom line is I went in a store looking for an item like anyone does, just like in any other store I asked for help but this shop owner does not know his products well enough to inform me the buyer that it only works on 2.4MHz. If he would have I would not have purchased the he item. He forced me to buy a product that I can not use because he failed to inform me it only works on 2.4Mhz not 5G. I want my refund

      The problem is, the mediation is needed when the guy was in my store. His story is changing. Next he is going to say he doesn't have panormic *** wifi. This whole thing is about his wifi doesn't do 2.4 ghz... it does. I don't know why I am responding AGAIN to his complaint when he didn't respond to all of my responses. The reality is, he doesn't have a case, this isn't about reasons, it is feelings. This attachment is from *** showing his wifi does 2.4 ghz
