    December 6,2021 agreed to a installation of solar panels for $16,000. We had solar and battery power installed. The battery powered need a charging cable to recharge the batter powered units (8). Since then we have many of our shade units that have recently died and are not working and now need to get a recharge. I plugged in the charger that was supplied to me and it will charge our units. I've reached out to the owner ************************* to inform him that he never supplied ** with the correct charger and asked if I could send him a picture of what he gave ** and then said what we had was the wrong charging unit and said one of workers would drop off the correct charge for my units. I've reached back out to ***************************** more times to see when someone will be able to drop off the correct charger that we never received for our units. ***************************** is not willing to provide me with the correct charging unit that we have paid for.

    Las Vegas Shutter company prides ourselves on good service we take care of all of our customers. We delivered the charger to the wrong address mistakenly we are sorry for the inconvenience. Once we realized the mistake we immediately retrieved the charger and delivered it to the right address.
