I sent the attached email to the Director of Mountain Operations on 19 July 2024 and have not received any response from the *** *****************. A first responder was wounded while rescuing an injured minor, and the first responder was subsequently harassed and threatened by the perpetrator. I have video evidence of the threat made against the first responder.

We bought 1 lift ticket and 1 kids rental on February 13th for the next day February 14th. We drove to the resort at 9 am and been told by a Police officer that resort is CLOSED! He turned us around ( by the way we have Tesla model Y 4 wheels drive and can drive on snow) so while I requested store credit from the resort they said that they open and dont know why the police said like that! But! It is not my issue! I drove one hour and had to drive back and they even didnt refund my money! Total scam!!!!

Lee Canyon is and was not closed, nor delayed in opening, nor suspended its operations at any time.  NHP and ****** ********** of ************** set and monitor Winter Driving Restrictions along State Route 156, during winter weather occurrences, these conditions require are either 1)Snow Tire Chains, or 2) Four Wheel Drive PLUS Dedicated Snow Rated Tires (not all-weather tires). The tires must have the snow rated symbols on the sidewalls.  These are the requirements dictated by law.  The travelers did not have the winter driving requirements and were turned around by NHP.  There are hundreds (approx 700) of guests on property.  NHP has informed us that in no time during this day that State Route 156 was closed.

One note, this complaint is for March 14th, and not February 14 as stated.  She put the incorrect date.

I purchased 2 lift tickets and a snow board rental on line on Dec. 18 at 9:30 pm. The website states that a purchase can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. I contacted the email indicated on the website on Dec. 20 at 11:26am to request a refund. They replied at 11:29am on Dec. 20 that they process refunds via telephone and asked for my phone number. At 11:30 on Dec. 20 I replied with my phone number. At 11:32 on Dec. 20 they replied that the refund was sent to their ticketing department and I will be contacted once it is received. I emailed on Dec. 20 at 9:58pm letting them know I had not been contacted regarding my refund. I emailed Lee Canyon again on Dec. 28 at 3:40pm with all of my information and stated that I am concerned that I have not been contacted regarding my refund. On Dec. 29 at 3:27pm. I attempted to contact them for assistance via the chat on the website and was referred back to contacting the via email. Still no response and no refund.

After looking into the request, it does look like a resort credit was processed indicating the order was canceled. After reviewing the timeline this resort credit has been refunded back to the guests card.

We apologize for the inconvenience this delay may have caused.
