    While vacationing in Las Vegas I visited the Lola Soap shop and was treated wonderfully. The salesman was great at his job and I saw some results initially so I bought the whole system. I am embarrassed to say that it was a total scam. None of the products have done what he had shown me. The infrared device is such a gimmick (scam). I went back to the shop with the intent to return everything. Only one package had been opened and used all others were still sealed. I asked for a refund and was told the don’t refund money. I have tried to get ahold of someone higher up in the company but I can’t find a legitimate number, address or email address. If you are reading this run don’t walk as far as you can from this store.

    I would give negative stars if possible. Purchased a product that was supposed to temporarily erase under eye bags. Worked while there so I bought it. Clearly what they sold me was not the same product. Product just dried up my under eye area. Terrible to be taken advantage of like that!

    Their products are complete garbage. I feel so stupid. I fell for the hard sell. Not only does the skin firming cream not work, it actually completely dries out my skin and makes my eyes itchy.
    What a colossal waste of money. Never, ever buy their products.
    And of course “all sales are final” so you can’t get your money back even after a bad skin reaction.

    Las Vegas Harrahs store.
    I was harassed by very aggressive sales people standing in the doorway of the store. Every time I pass the store on my way from the casino to the room. And from the room to the casino, I tried ignoring them, but they only yelled louder. I did eventually take the samples they handed out at which point they wanted to drag you inside the store and sell you more products I left and the soap was awful my skin Itchy

    I was scammed for $2,900 on November 10, 2023. When I tried the product at home my face became irritated, itchy and red. It took several days to heal. The man and lady were representatives of Lola Soap at a Christmas Show. They were very pushy and aggressive about purchasing the products. I have filed a dispute through my credit card company. The products that I brought home were not the products used during the presentation. Is this company a real company? I don’t know what to do with the products. The numbers that I have called are not valid, nor is the address on my receipt.

    Scammed me out of over 5000.00. I was told the red light devise I purchased was medical grade. Not!! It no longer works. I was lied to and bought this believing it would be a good investment for health and skin care.
    I worked hard for that money. I’d like a refund
