    I contacted a solar company through a friend thats a new employee. They were being trained by a dealer ***********************. The company quoted me 32k for full solar panels start to finish. The inspections went well, they sent out a guy to inspect my roof and electrical panel. My panels were installed, 6 weeks goes by and the web tracking where you can follow the status of your installation showed we were waiting on the city to do a final inspection to sigh off. I call the company they tell me my electrical panel needs an upgrade but no worries its part of the original quote and an electrician will be contacting me to upgrade my panel. Then 6 more weeks goes by I hear nothing so I call again this time they say Ill have to pay for the upgrade but theyll work with me to include it in my loan, they give me the run around and I get disconnected. Im the meantime the loan payment is due. Ive made three loan payments. They instructed me to send a proof of loan payment to an email account and I will get reimbursed. So far I have not got reimbursed. The panels are sitting on my roof and nobody has contacted me. Ive emailed Ive called nobody seems to know whats going on the friend that originally put me in contact with the company. I sent emails and has called as well with no luck at this point I dont know what to do.
