    Had solar for pool installed a couple of years ago, service was great always got a response quick. Noticed a leak a week ago and no response from company. I've texted, emailed and called and no one has gotten back to me. They claim to have a 12 year warranty but their service is now non existence

    I was able to buy my own ladder and fix the problem.its just disappointing their follow up is non existent.i just wanted a call or email saying issue was received and will get to it but nothing from them. I resolved my own issue that should have been under warranty

    Purchased a complete new set of solar heating panels for my pool from Naylor Solar Specialists in ********* about 1 1/2 years ago. These panels have a material and labor warranty of 12 years. I had 1 small leak last summer, which was fixed under this warranty, no problem. This year, I have another small leak, and can get no response from Naylor, despite numerous phone calls and text messages. They are still in business, but are 100% ghosting me. The phone number the company uses is (or was) ***** Naylor's cell phone, but now it's answered in the office, and ******* says that ***** is unavailable, and that nothing can be done without his say so.
