The owner of this company, ************** sold me a **** kW system, but even on a clear day in the middle of June the peak production is only 7.3 kW. Upon review of the technical specs of the system I noticed that the solar panels are rated for 390 Watt production, but the micro inverters have a maximum output of 290 Watt. This explains why I'm only getting up to 75% of the system capacity. After exchanging numerous email and text messages with ****** he is unwilling to admit that the system has a design fault. I spoke with an engineer at EE&C, the company that installed the system and he understands the problem, but nobody is doing anything to resolve it.The obvious solution is to replace the currently installed micro inverters with a different model that can handle up to 390 **** to match the output of the panels.Or give me a 25% refund of the total price I paid since the system can only produce 75% of what I paid for.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

This complaint has been redirected to ******, LLC, complaint #********, which is the company that installed my solar system. They are responsible for the mismatch between the solar panels and inverters.

    Sincerely,

    *************************
