    If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a $9,000 off grid system. It didn't even last a year. Which it has a ten year warranty. I have been going round and round with this company with very little to no responses at all. Avoid this company at all costs.

    On 6/30/2022 We purchased a $ 25,000 kit order. Soon after components started to arrive from various companies. We informed Shop Solar the components would have to be placed in storage for several months because of a pending move. In April 2024 we hired installers who unpacked the system at our new location (all components.. panels, inverters, batteries etc., were sealed in original boxes). When the two large batteries were checked, less than one volt was present in each battery. Shop Solar (two different individuals) recommended we attempt charging them with the supplied charger several hours each, which didn't help. Then we were informed the batteries should be charged every six months...(after the fact) and are no longer covered by warranty. Now we are told to "just ship" the batteries back to the manufacturer, Big Battery, in California and we will be responsible for all charges. These batteries (two) weigh nearly 300 lbs each, requiring 4 persons to move. The cost alone for each battery replacement is several thousand dollars. Arranging shipping is complicated and costly due to the hazardous lithium. We are in our mid 70's and it's impossible for us to do this ourselves. ShopSolar founder doesn't respond. Shop Solar hasn't answered all our questions from the start. We are sitting here with a professionally installed $ 25,000 + boat anchor.

    Shop Solar Kits has provided the fredom we were praying for. We have a complete off grid homestead. We live in southern Arizona and the system they recommend for our home was perfect. We have all the ability to use all out major appliances and live very comfortable and happy.

    Great Service all around!! We bought a 18 panel, 2 inverter and 48V battery kit from ShopSolar. It was an awesome experience! We had a few questions during the final wiring and ShopSolar made it all more than easy. We activated the Solar kit and it worked perfectly at the first flick of the switch... A second 48V battery that we just ordered is on the way and we chose ShopSolar again.
    This was a large, somewhat complicated rig but with ShopSolar, anyone can install it. My electrician proofed everything (highly recommended) and found no issues.
    We will be expanding this system further and will buy from ShopSolar again and again. Between the Farm and our online businesses, we deal with a lot of Tech and a lot of BS. The Solar rig and ShopSolar were a nice exception!! They were great!

    Prompt delivery. Ordered AP200P and 6 100 watt panels. Items are well packaged. This system runs two refrigerators, one freezer, and lights in family room. Very happy with purchase.

    I ordered a really awesome system from Shop Solar. They arranged everything to my needs and wants. What really surprised me was the speed of the delivery. I had comparison shopped and other companies told me they were months out on components, design and services. With Shop Solar, they had everything to me within a month. Also, their service is awesome.

    Shopsolar has always provided detailed and informative feedback concerning any technical and equipment needed. Their customer service personnel are quick and professional in their response. When ordering products and equipment, I always receive an immediate tracking number without delay. I am also impressed with the available products and resources on their website.     Purchased several Delta pro units and a Ecoflow Max 2 extra cables and solar panels 100watt and 200watt , Have not had any issues with shipping or setting up the units .I followed the Directions they give for free in there videos .I have been shopping with them for at least 3 years maybe 4 and would Highly recommend them. I use the Delta pro and a extra batterie in my home for storms Power Outages and the Max is set up to my parents Frig and works perfect during winter power Outages
