    The team did a excellent process from the begin on my residential sun task. The install group passed my expectancies in turning in a first-rate product with a well-achieved design.     I wanted to reach out and say thank you I don't often spend time to review companies but ***** and the guys over at Straightline really helped me out. The previous solar company before Straightline had failed to follow through on their claims and during the survey to inspect the roof broke over 30 tiles. I was referred to Straightline from my Father in Law as I just bought my second home in ********* and still live part time in Phoenix. My sales rep was ************************* he offered to repair my roof with new tiles and even wired up my jacuzzi at no extra cost and it was still cheaper and faster then Freedom Forever the previous company I worked with. They also gave me a year free of no payments so my solar system can build up extra credits for the summer. I have referred two others who have also been installed with Straightline.. I would recommend 100%

    Wow! What do I think? I think this review came from Straightline. We signed with them on 7/29/21 for a solar unit. We still DO NOT have solar operational over 14 months later. Have not seen them on our property since June 13, 2022. We feel these guys have falsified our information and received our loan dispersement with delivering. We ask for documentation - they give us BS. Please be aware of ******************************* We didn't do due diligence as our neighbors had used them & were excited with the product they promised to deliver.We have been receiving statements from the finance company since January. Sill NO solar. I've seen their other complaint answers. It's lip service only. I challenge them to meet with us in person with Sales Agreement, PTO (permission to operate), and scheduled inspections.They won't.

    Hello ***** we are sorry you feel that way! We at Straightline do our best to make sure every project is installed and completed as quickly as possible. We are glad to hear that we come highly recommended from your neighbors and are glad he is happy with his solar system. Unfortunately your large solar shade structure ground mount is a completely different project that is a much longer process as it is a custom structure and not roof mounted. As you know the building department has been the factor that has delayed this project along with electrical upgrades which unfortunately you did not allow us to complete and we had to reschedule to complete those upgrades. We will keep you updated as soon as the building department completes their review. 

    We also see that you have not made a single payment to Straightline or our finance partners we offer that for projects like yours which take an extended time to complete. The construction however has been completed and we hope you enjoyed a summer of shade from your new shade structure! We will keep you updated and as soon as we are given approval we will go ahead and call for final inspection and PTO.

    Hello Janet we wanted to reach out to do a follow up now that you have been turned on for several months! Like we promised you! Even though the delay was from the city building department since you have a custom 800 square foot structure in your back yard not a rooftop solar system! We made sure you were out of pocket $0 and gave you a $2,600 reimbursement for an additional year free out of our pocket! We hope you are enjoying your solar patio its shade and all the free upgrades we provided you!
