    -order placed on 01/28/2025 -purchaser name ******* ******* -purchaser address ****************************** *********, ** ***** -credit card was charged full amount of $274.95 on 01/30/2025 -to be shipped to ******** ****** at *********************************************** Groton, ** ***** -order number AB-9919 -item is ESP ****** Tundra Crewmax Plastic Rear Under Seat Storage Unit -Product ID: ******** -i have not received any information regarding the shipment of this item as of 03/12/2025 -*** called the company on 3 separate occasions; 02/11/2025, 02/25/2025, 03/12/2025 (no answer, left voicemail).-the first 2 times I called the company was unable to provide any information regarding the preparation of the item for shipment, they could not give me any information besides the fact I made the purchase. I was promised a call back each time with more information, however I never received a follow up in any way.-i could have been okay with waiting if the item was on backorder or whatever the reason may be, but despite my efforts the company has not provided any such information yet has already taken my money -i want to know when it will ship, I would prefer compensation for the failure to follow up as I was promised multiple times, but will accept simply receiving item i paid so much for as a gift for my fiance -if no information is available still, I want a full refund.

    SUMMARY of ISSUE:(Made a purchase and never received the item)- I made a purchase back in December 2021 for a $4341 Fox lift kit for my 4Runner, after being told that they were getting the product January to February 2022 timeframe.- I followed up in February 2022 and was told then that the are getting the product March timeframe.- Note that they will not update you nor reach out to you. So, I followed up again in March and was told that they wont get the product by June to July timeframe.- I then attempted to dispute with my bank. Thats only time the owner ***** reached back to me. He proposed a resolution and I fell for it (biggest mistake).- I then canceled my dispute and the $4341 was returned to the merchant.- Since then, they were very hard again to reach. I came to find out, my order was cancelled.- I reached back to my bank and was told that they couldnt retrieve the funds back because its past the time limit and its been returned to the merchant.- I finally reached *****, explained and provided documentations (banking statements and letter from chase) that Rogue Off-road has my money and I just want to get my refund. Even though, they have a ridiculous cancellation fee that will cost me $600 (for a product that never shipped).- ***** gave me a go around that they couldnt find my funds and since its tax season, they have to take care of their accounting first before starting to look into my case. This was October timeframe.- Recently, I attempted to reach out to them 8 times via phone and email, but no response.
