      BEWARE of this place, they used to be good until about 8 months ago when they changed administrations, they came up with crazy policies, their staff is not well training (and they blame it on the fact that they have a big employee rotation, meaning employees don't lat long) they will cancel on you at any giving time but if you need to cancel for any reason they will penalize you. We stop service with them back in October 2023 after a very rude agent called us. After that we started looking for a new therapy place and once we found one we learned that MLF needed to sign a release paperwork so the new place will be able to bill the insurance. This process took more than 20 calls and needing to jump many hoops. First they apparently have no clue of what is was talking about, once I brought up the legal facts they then knew what I was talking about. I was bounced back and forth until I talked to Jade, Mandy and Mindy we supposedly knew what they were doing. I had to talk to them over and over, they were never able to send anything to the new clinic, I had to drive all the paperwork myself from one place to another even after they told me that they've had worked with that place in the past. They are liars and incompetent, I called them today to follow up on something they told me I was going to get an update about 3 weeks ago and they came up with new excuses and try to blame it to the new place. Even talking to the therapists we had, they told us that they know that the management is not good and they keep coming up with things. The therapists themselves are amazing and do care for the kids, but their management is SO BAD. Don't trust them, if you have the opportunity to go somewhere else 100% do it. You'r kids deserve better than MLF. Due to MLF incompetence we are still waiting to be able to get our daughter into a new place. Mandy was supposed to be on top of everything and today after I explained my frustration she just hung up on me. If I could give 0 start I would

      Dear Mr. ********:
      First, I want to apologize for the stress and frustration you experienced with our team. I couldn't agree with you more that you should not have had to wait exorbitant amounts of time or make numerous phone calls to accomplish what should have been a very simple task: to obtain a release from the current authorization. Nor should you or anyone ever be made to feel disrespected or lied to by our staff. This is not acceptable under any circumstances and will not be tolerated. I realize this doesn't make up for what happened, but I want to inform you that Mandy was separated from the company on February 10th, and Jade was separated from the company on February 25th. Since then, I have personally worked in that department alongside our trusted managers. We have rebuilt and retrained our team and will continue to do so until they (we) are functioning at the level you deserve and that we strive for every day. Again, I am truly sorry for what happened.
