    This company has one of their product called Drama Shorts. On March 14th, I subscribed their weekly subscription which was $9.99 + tax, so I paid $10.50. I had their subscription for only 3 days and I was charged $39.99 then another transaction of $39.99. I was charged twice of $39.99 + $10.50. I tried to call this company multiple times either it's a busy signal or it kept ringing no one picks up. I contacted my bank as well. The bank advised that I should contact the merchant. Which is not possible!! Now I am here asking for your help. I want the merchant to refund these two outrageous transactions of $39.99. I was never informed such charges. I have subscribed other drama apps weekly subscriptions, and a lot of them charge $9.99 as well, but none charged me like this outrageously. Please help me to get the merchant refund these fraudulent charges. I have attached what they have charged and they offered the price online.

    We understand there was some confusion regarding the recent charges of $39.99 on March 17th and March 18th, and wed like to take a moment to clarify how our service works and ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
    At *************************, when a user subscribes, they immediately receive access to 10 locked episodes to get started. In addition, 3 locked episodes are credited daily through our daily credit system, allowing continued access to content without any further cost.
    However, once the daily credits are used, users have the optional choice to purchase additional coins if they wish to unlock more episodes right away. In your case, a coin package was purchased twice for $39.99 to enable further viewing beyond the daily allowance.
    That said, your satisfaction with our service is essential to us. As a result, we have canceled and refunded the related charges. You should see the refunded amount reflected on your account within 510 business days, depending on your financial institution.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I wasn't aware or was advised any such charges. Like all other drama apps offer $8.99 - *****/ week with unlimited dramas to be watched. When I saw your $9.99/week unlimited that's what I expected. I didn't ever never expected any hidden charges. I still see the same charges online $9.99. Please don't mislead audience. Specify correctly like you just explained in last response here. Otherwise, there will be more people like me will be complaining here.
