    When I called their office to ask a basic question about possible surgery, I was told they would only talk to me if I came in. (Understandable - businesses need to make money.)

    I went in and did the typical medical office rigmarole, including waiting for 15-plus minutes to talk to someone, and having my insurance information collected.

    When I finally talked to a doctor, the ENTIRE 'consult' - including introductions - lasted LESS THAN 2 MINUTES!

    From that under 2-minute meeting, I was told they didn't really want to do the simple bump-removal (sebaceous cyst removal that I've had done years earlier at another doctor's office, IN their office,) and that I would need a full surgical operating room. I was told that they would get back to me with an estimate on cost. They never did - and I even called and reminded them.

    In return, they got paid over $200 from my insurance company, and they still sent me a $50-plus co-pay bill... for a *TWO MINUTE* consult, which did nothing for me.

    This is, at the LEAST, HORRIBLE customer service, and at most, questionable medical ethics.
