    I purchased 2 Catalyst waterproof iPhone cases from the ************************************************ website specifying iPhone 15 Pro Max size. The company proceeded to send me iPhone 15 Pro size cases, which are the wrong size. I contacted customer service and they provided a free shipping label to send the cases back. After sending the cases back as instructed no one at customer service has contacted me and no one replies to my emails following up on the status of refund or replacement to the correct size that I ordered. As shown in the attached PDF of emails, the cases were return delivered on July 5th, 2024. More than 4 weeks have passed and despite several follow up emails from my side, customer service doesnt respond anymore.

    Purchased 7/28/24 online.Rec'd a few days later, but was missing a Button shown in the attached picture to control sound. Sent email to their only shown site ************************************ but response was generic that someone would contact me. Still no response for a simple issue exchange! Eventually sent 5 emails & finally got response today 8/6/24 telling me to use (Kindly fill out the *** form below for our reference and documentation. *** Form: *********************************************** [bitly.cx]Upon receiving your completed *** form required, the team will get back to you at the earliest.)If you have further questions, please let me know. ***** However, the address on the web comes up as a MALISCIOUS Site! I have bought 11 items from them since 2018! I'm a returning customer! Why make me jump thru hoops for their mistake to ship missing components? Are they hoping I will give up on getting the product I paid for? Terrible customer relations! I can't even get their Warranty Claim Form to fill out! Why didn't they send it with their email? Again s**** around with the *************** get sick & tired of getting what they paid for!***
