    The Company was hired to get my tax issues resolved. They had me take out 2 loans over $11,000 and *** me it was to pay back taxes and there services. They did nothing and IRS was coming after me all over again I called IRS and they said they never heard from this company so I had to spend another $4,000.00 to hire anther company. They took me for over $11,000.00. This needs to stop this company from doing this to everyone.

    Please be informed that we have received **************** complaint and conducted a thorough review of his case. We have attempted to address **************** concerns directly on several occasions.

    It was communicated to ************** that his case had been resolved with the *** and he had been placed in a hardship or Currently Non-Collectible (CNC) status, as confirmed by a letter from the *** in 2022.

    The primary issue revolves around services not being rendered as alleged by **************. It should be noted that ************** independently contacted the *** subsequent to being placed in CNC status and established his own installment agreement. This action was deemed unnecessary, as he was already under CNC status with the *** and goes against the terms of the contractual agreement ************** entered into.

    Regrettably, **************** actions have compromised his standing with the ***. We have requested ************** to contact us directly to facilitate resolution of this matter, but have not received a response.

    We believe our actions were in **************** best interest when we facilitated his placement into CNC status, and we encourage him to reach out to our *************************** at ********************** for further assistance.Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we anticipate a prompt resolution.

    I owed back taxes to IRS. After watching an infomercial on TV, I called TAA for help. I contracted with this company for $3500 in May 2020. I was led to believe TAAs expert tax advisors would assist in reducing or completely eliminating my IRS tax debt. Three months later, and not receiving any communication from TAA, I called, spoke to a representative, who told me my case could take years. One year later, I again contacted TAA, to request assistance with filing my 2020 income taxes (when I contracted with TAA, I was told tax filing service was included in my contract) and hopefully get an update on my case. However, I was told my case was still in the initial phase and a team was working to get me the best outcome. Over the next three years, I continued to initiated the calls to TAA. The company never reached out to me via phone call nor email. I was shuffled from one agent to another on my calls. On two occasions, I asked to speak to specific agents Id spoken with in the past. The response was, Im sorry that person no longer works for the company. Ive emailed my IRS delinquency tax notices to TAA as requested. To date, TAA has not resolved any issues with my IRS tax debt. I have continued to make payments to IRS on my own. Ive emailed TAA, seeking an explanation, however *** received no response.

    I started dealing with tax advantage advisors in April 2022. After contacts and phone calls back-and-forth we finally decided to use their service. There was many messages left and it took them forever to return the phone calls. They finally called back and after being placed on hold for **** min, they came back and said thatv the *** settled for $7286. They said that was what the *** has settled for. Tax Advantage advisors fee was $5500. However, they took $1000 off of their fee to apply towards the *** balance, making it $6286. In May 2022 they started the process, telling us that petitions had to be made, penalty abatement had to be done, it had to go through the resolutions departments, and they had to go through adjustment withholdings. After paying off the *** balance on a credit card, and since then making payments on their fee, I have been contacting them and I have discovered that they only have put us in non-collect status with the ***. Yes, the *** never settled for the amount that they told us.

    Date of transaction:3/14/22 I paid Tax advantage advisors, LLC, $17, ****** which was payment for a settlement to the *** on my behalf. The *** has not been paid. I've tried calling and I keep getting the run around. This firm did not do what was promised, instead they kept my money and told me that I'm on a 60 month program with the ***...This was NOT the agreement! I'm incurring interest daily with the ***, now I owe more than I did before. I've been scammed.

    There hasnt been a resolution with Tax Advantage Advisors. Someone has reached out to me but their doesnt seem to be a real urgency to correct this matter. We are basically emailing back and forth.

    Ok.  well without the new POA there is no way for me to be able to tell you what can be done.  I will ask them for a breakdown for a breakdown of service.  They unfortunately want to get paid for the work they have done.  The breakdown will show us exactly what work they will have claimed to do.  It can take up to ten business days.  When I get it,  I will share it with you.

    Consumer had initially allowed us to due diligence into her case which would have meant we would use the *** on file.  Come to find out, consumer revoked *** and didn't tell us.  So now we are getting consumer a breakdown of service.  We look forward to resolving this asap.

    *** tried calling several times to find out what was happening with my case. I kept getting different answers each time. Im just trying to resolve my tax issue with the **** Im a veteran and Im on a fixed income. I do not have money to waste or give away. I trusted this Company, I just want my money back since the service they promised over a year ago wasnt fulfilled.

    My name is ***************************. I am filling a complaint on behalf of my mother ***************************. My mother is a 77yr old elderly woman in poor health. Due to her health is***s she failed to file taxes for a few years. She is a retired school teacher and is on a fixed income. She contacted Tax Advantage Advisor from an ad she found on ****** search in September of 2022. She spoke to a person by the name of *******************. He promised her that he would be able to resolve her problem with the *** and have her placed on a "Non collectible status". He told her that her case in his words would be a "Slam Dunk". He lied and then pressured her using false promises and fear tactics. My mother contacted me after the fact and I was highly upset that she would let these scam artists pressure her into a contract without allowing me to speak with them and review the deal. I immediately contacted (Tax Advantage Advisor) and the banking institution *********************************** the financial institution that helps them scam financially illiterate elderly people and others in need of help with *** debts. They gave me the runaround for months and failed to email me or my mother back. I put a hold on payment and they are still not communicating with us. We have spoken to about ten different people. Their tactic seems to be avoiding us until they can send her debt for services that they did not and could never deliver to a collection agency. I would like her money returned and the contract canceled. I have contacted my accountant to handle her situation. If this is not resolved I will be contacting a lawyer and I will *** for her spent money and all lawyer fees. I would like you to help rectify her situation to avoid the next steps.
