    On September 10 2023, around 8pm, my wife and I took a cab from near Encore to Bellagio. When we entered the cab the driver asked me where I am from. To make conversation, I responded, "guess." He immediately became very irritated, and responded, "I don't like it." I answered that I am Armenian, and sensing the tense environment and not wanting to engage in conflict, turned to speak to my wife in Armenian. In response to this, he turned on his radio and started singing along. When we arrived to ******** the amount came to 14 dollars and some cents. I took 15 dollars and placed the amount between him and myself, to cover the total. After I placed the money, he angrily asked me why I threw the cash, to which answered that I had not, and that I am not in the mood to engage further. After checking the amount , he started yelling about why I did not tip, to which I replied that he did not deserve a tip. He continued shouting profanities, at which point I knew I needed to get more information. I took my phone out to take a photo of the information inside (his name, company phone number, etc.), at which point he tried to cover the information with his hands, while continuing to shout profanities and demanding we exit the vehicle. Since he was so out of control and I felt that this could escalate further, I started exiting the car to look for a police officer, and told him to wait there. Hearing this, he sped off so fast that we barely had a chance to shut the doors, and my wife left her jacket in the car as well. The information I was able to gather on this individual and the car are below. The conclusions and decisions on what to do with this, I leave up to you. Thanks.      Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced with one of our drivers. I can assure you that we have taken steps to correct this matter. The driver will be appropriately reprimanded for his behavior.

    Thank you for taking the time to make us aware of this issue. Course of action has been taken to prevent this from happening in the future.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Mr. ******** or New Cab company did not give any explanation about my wife's jacket, which was left in the car before reckless action of the driver.

    Would've been nice to have our property back.
